Convenient location, about 7 minutes drive to the airport, suitable for early flight, about 15 minutes to go to the old city.Across the road from the house is 711, there is a simple restaurant cafe, Vietnamese restaurant, Thai restaurant and a daily food shop, all taste good and characteristic. The house has a large space, two floors with a large terrace, a TV in the living room and bedroom, two floors and three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen utensils, washing dishes, washing, and dryer. The host is super friendly, sent the address of the house in advance, and also recommended some matching information about the surrounding area. Among them, the art village, chose 3 coffee, and did not step on the pit. Suitable for small family getaways/small group (4 best)/transit.The same price is too spacious than staying in a hotel, the early morning flight is preferred.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

My families love this place. We have big and clean rooms. The little garden is surrounded with green plants. To me, it’s a perfect local place where you can experience real local home. Highly recommended!

The host's family was too friendly and we were taken care of a lot. The unit has a lot of touches and has a lot of artistic and lifestyle.It is very clean and everything is well prepared. It's nice to rent a car to stay here, and there are plenty of places to play around.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

My friend and I were extremely happy with our stay at Phi Private Villa. Napat was so attentive and friendly. She helped us book various tours ahead of time and gave us great recommendations of local restaurants. She and her staff were so welcoming and kind. The daily breakfast was incredible and having laundry done while we were sight seeing was such a huge help. The rooms and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The sounds of birds serenade you to sleep. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Napat for such a wonderful stay!

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Awesome stay!

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

is a big villa, there are many staff, the service attitude is very good, they are very warm, because it is Chinese new year, they also sent us fruit, halfway child sudden illness, also gave us flowers to the hospital.Mango sticky rice is also made for everyone when you go.The service was very timely during the process.You don't have to worry about anything, they will help sort it out.The kitchen is large and we could cook our own meals, and the workers helped wash the dishes, which is highly recommended.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

The first homestay to Chiang Mai, the host is Chinese, the communication is smooth, the response is timely, and it also gives some good advice.The room is a private villa, the Thai-style building is very nice, the details are also attentive, the photos taken are beautiful.Not in the city, there is also a small flavor in the country roads.Places to hang out around are fun too.The wooden house is inevitably soundproof, with earplugs does not affect sleep.The kids play here so much hi.Recommended for a few families!
