Very well equipped apartment. From cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, mountains of soft towels. It was really all there. Very warm welcome, great and fast communication. The mattress is very good, TV many programs even prime and Netflix. Cozy balcony. very quiet. The stairs are actually steep, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still, it's quiet. The communication with Majsa was great. To welcome you, there was a bottle of wine and something to squeeze. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

Because we liked it so much the first time, we went back to “De Nollen” for a weekend. Everything was fine again and Elvira is a friendly, unobtrusive and yet very helpful host. The location is nice for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. We would vacation here again anytime.

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

Beautiful home in a wonderful picturesque area of Amsterdam. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurant options in near proximity to the house. Dagmar was a kind and thoughtful host with clear instructions communicated in advance and accommodated our request for a flexible arrival time.

We spent 5 days in Zandvoort. The apartment is really in a great location between the beach and the city and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped for small, fast dishes. In addition to a Senseo coffee machine, there was also a coffee maker. The couch and armchairs are very comfortable, and you can even receive individual German channels on TV. Overall, the apartment is very well represented by the pictures. It would only be to complain that the bed rack is unfortunately very noisy, it creaks and rumbles with every movement. But the bed itself is comfortable. Furthermore, the apartment is a little clairvoyant overall, earplugs may be recommended for people with light sleep. Nevertheless, I would recommend the apartment for a vacation for two in Zandvoort and also book it again. :)

Communication was seamless, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The thoughtful Valentine’s gift was such a special touch! We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

We visited Amsterdam for the very first time to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and staying at Brian’s place made the experience even more special. From the start, Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. He met us early in the morning to take our bags after our long flight, and even carried them up the stairs so they were waiting for us in the room when we checked in later that day. He was also super flexible with our check-in time, allowing us to enjoy the city at our own pace without having to rush back. The apartment itself was bright, spotless, and had plenty of space for the two of us. Most importantly, it was such a relief to have a reliable, professional, and friendly host while traveling internationally. Thanks to Brian, we never had to think twice about our accommodations and were able to fully focus on enjoying our anniversary trip. We’re so grateful for the experience!

Great place to stay in the outskirts of Amsterdam, nice surroundings and very helpful host! Happy to stay here again whenever we're back to NL, really enjoyed the flat and location, and good value for money!

We had a very relaxed time in the apartment. It was clean and nothing was missing. The highlight at the end of every day was the large hot tub. Remy is a very nice host and has always made sure that no wishes remain unfulfilled. I can only recommend both the AirBnB and the host.
