Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Situated in the quiet outskirts of town it offers very good transport connections (Autobahn A57 in 5 min. The quiet location directly on the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee,invites you to numerous hiking tours, bike rides and activities in the region. Our garden apartment is located on the raised floor of a youth style house from 1906. There are two rooms with a total of 90 square meters available for a total of 90 square A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace have a view into the garden. Our library will invite you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

Two cozy and air-conditioned country-style bedrooms (additional air-conditioned room with sofa bed and small guest kitchen) and spacious bathroom for 1-6 people with parking and Wi-Fi are located in a quiet new development. To the city center only 1500 meters, train station 1600 meters, to the highway entrance 3 minutes. Dogs are welcome guests, in about 100 meters the green train starts with beautiful walks. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID card.
