In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), 4 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the city. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you!Suitable for 1 to 2 persons. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot etc!!! I'm sorry , but since I have kids of my own, I speak from experience

My accommodation - Apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. Covered beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

The apartment of about 155 sqm , is located on the ground floor of a 2 family house. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. In the living and dining area there are two cozy new sofas, each with sleeping function.

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. Prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in high season and €1.80 in low season per person./day incl. bed linen, a towel package as well as 2 rental bikes. Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
