The place was great and we felt right at home. There was even wood provided for the sauna. The kitchen is very well furnished and the entire place was clean and in very good condition. The communication with Jenni went great and she was always available! I/We recommend the place!

Jessica and Brice are great hosts and the communication was super easy and the flat looks exactly like the picturea. We also did a snowmobile tour with Brice, which was a lot of fun! We were not lucky with the northern lights, but that just means that we will have to visit again :)

Outstanding accommodation with Madeleine and Sandra being exceptional hosts. We couldn’t fault anything. Breakfast was perfect and brought over to us every day, with choice of foods including eggs, cereal, fresh bread, homemade jams and yoghurts. The house was very clean and tidy and the facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi and sauna. Great shower and good range of kitchen equipment to prepare meals at home. Everything was straightforward to use, including the jacuzzi, sauna and open fireplace. The stairs were steep but that didn’t affect us and added to the charm of the house. Excellent personal touches. They even baked us a Birthday cake as a surprise!. We booked this place as a base for visiting Overkallix (20mins) and doing winter activities there, which proved perfect for us. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending this place to others.

Thank you for a wonderful country style rustic authentic and super pleasant stay! Sandra and Madeleine were so welcoming and kind. This was far beyond a regular airbnb experience, and we couldn't thank them enough so we strongly recommend not to think twice. They brought us a wonderful breakfast every morning, took care of every little thing whole also giving us space. Thank you, we hope to be back!

This year we have been to the lake house for the second time. Again a super experience, beautiful house ,great location and the house was equipped with all the comforts. The wood-burning sauna is delicious! There was a thick pack of snow and again this year we were able to see the northern lights. Peter is easy to reach and responds quickly to questions. All in all had a wonderful week and we definitely hope to come back here again and then maybe sometime in the summer.

Nice remote location by a lake. We stayed right after Christmas until January 4th and had a lovely time in a warm cabin and had the luck of seeing the northern lights on new years eve. If you come in the winter times be prepared for ice, snow, minus -25 Celsius and also transportation problems because of the climate, it was an adventure for sure ;) The kitchen is well prepped with accessoires and stuff you wouldnt expect in an AirBnB. That for that. A few chairs and things needs to replaced because they are well used, we liked the overall rustique decorations and the look of the interiour. Not for the faint vegan hearted as there is quite some taxing taxidermy on the wall :D The communication with the owners was very good and acommodating and we are thinking about returning some time in the future, possibly trying out the summer up there :)

Wonderful place to stay. I would recommend this house a 100%. The host has been very nice with us, and the house is perfect for a long or short stay.

Emelie was a very nice and helpful host and was always easy to reach! The house was super nice and clean with a very spacious kitchen and living room that had everything that you need. The area is very quiet and family friendly with a supermarket super close by (5 mins walking distance). You can reach the city centre and other spots pretty easily by bus. If you want to see the northern lights, going to a location further out by bus or car is recommended.

We spent a week at Evelina's place and enjoyed the time very much. The house is quietly located on a wooded area, but you can also walk into Kiruna. For things to do such as Abisko National Park, Aurora Spa, Eis Hotel, etc. we would recommend a rental car. We were able to park it safely in front of the house without any problems. We also saw the northern lights right by the house one evening. The house is well equipped - washing machine, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper & oil - everything was there which we found very convenient. We would book the place again! We highly recommend this place!!! From the bed you have the most beautiful view of the sea. There is a wonderful sauna and the cottage is super nice and cozy...

We had the great pleasure of vacationing in a charming cottage that immediately created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with its cozy furnishings. The equipment left nothing to be desired, especially in the kitchen there were all conceivable utensils that could be needed for preparing meals. The house had not only underfloor heating that provided an even and pleasant basic heat, but also a traditional wood-burning stove that radiated additional comfort and spread a "cozy warmth" on cooler evenings. The location of the house was an absolute dream for anyone looking for the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by the picturesque landscape, the house offered opportunities to unwind. An absolute highlight was the in-house sauna. Richard was exceptionally kind and helpful.

We had an unforgettable time in Lapland! - a thousand thanks to Matthias! Always available, super helpful and also flexible support in extreme weather. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything our adventure cooking holiday could have imagined. In the evening, watch the aurora lights out of the sauna and daytime snowshoe hikes and co in the area - preferably directly again!

This place is just amazing. It is all as in the pictures, beautifully decorated, everything well equipped, the location beautiful and very quiet but still you can do an incredible amount in the area. We did a husky tour, were snowmobiling, in two different ski resorts we had almost to ourselves, saw fantastic northern lights, saw reindeers, were walking and and and and. Markus and Jana were always available, always gave us valuable tips and we felt incredibly comfortable. It was soooo nice, too bad we have to go home again. Thank you so much for having such an incredibly great time here!!! It was experiences that were unique in our lives so far and we were already in a lot of places in the world (rather in the warmth🤭). We had an amazing time at the house. We were here for 4 weeks and worked online. The house is very very confortable and wonderfully warm. It was always good to come 'home' after a walk. The area is a little smaller in October, but it was very interesting to see how the ski slope was prepared with last year's snow. It is a true winter sports village. Also, Storforsen (40 km longer) is very worth a visit.

Beautiful house in a lovely location by the water. Easy drive distance from Boden.

Peaceful and quiet area,but short distance to everything you want from shops, restaurants, etc. The beach which is 5 min away by car is amazing 🤩

My husband and I have just returned from Petr's house (9 night stay) (Feb 25) everything was as described as per listing, Petr was very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had, He came and met us personally one day to say hello and make sure we were happy in the house, He also recommended lots of places to visit and sent us links so we could look before we visited etc. The house was very warm and had everything we needed during our stay. The queen size bed was super comfortable. Hot water a plenty. The house had its own drive and plenty/easy parking. We saw the Northern lights 8 out of the 9 nights from the garden :) The surrounding area is stunning , the views were lovely, we even had 5 reindeer on the drive one morning :0 Would definitely recommend this house and we would 100% return. Had a wonderful stay at Joakim's house! The place was cozy, clean and perfectly outfitted to make our vacation enjoyable. We particularly liked the quiet location right on the water, the cozy fireplace, the sauna and the fantastic views – a great place to enjoy nature and relax. The fireplace and sauna were ideal to enjoy soothing warmth after a cold day. Communication with Joakim was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. His mother received us with a detailed briefing, which made it much easier to start our stay. A special highlight was his tip to watch the northern lights right in front of the house – an unforgettable experience! We would come back anytime and can recommend the place to anyone looking for peace, nature and Scandinavian coziness. Thank you Joakim for the great hospitality!

Our visit during the swedish winter was beautiful. Thanks to Mikaels hints we even saw the northern lights on our first evening. The house is quite isloated, very quiet and great if you are looking for a retreat. Despite this, mobile data is easily available. Amenities like a Sauna and sea access are readily available. The hosts where also very accomodating. They reacted quickly to all questions and even picked us up from the train in Lulea. All in all a very big recommendation to experience swedish Lappland!

Our trip to Robin’s place has almost certainly been on e of our favourite holidays ever. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and warm (due to the geothermal pump) and it had everything you needed. Its location was perfect for us… 4 minutes to the supermarket. We organised a tour which was located 8 minutes away. The local walk (which was breathtaking) was 4 minutes away. Our longest journey was to the Jockfall waterfall (35 minutes away) Overkalix as a destination for us was superb. And with Robin’s help, we feel we really maxed out our trip. From where to go to see the aurora borealis, to knowing that it was safe to drive across the ice road nearby. We thank you so much for our trip. We will never forget our experiences in Overkalix.
