Beautiful home in lush surroundings. Kirstin and Julian are excellent hosts and the property served us well. The lovely warm pool, the beautiful lawns and stunning views, together with the close proximity to Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon town centre made our family get away memorable

We had a perfect weekend at Chloe and Rohan's home. They've done a great job setting up the home for guests while still maintaining all of the thoughtful and cozy attributes of a home. The location is perfect and the deck offers a fantastic view of the ocean, which was very walkable and their native landscaping offers a bit more privacy. Chloe made everything extremely easy with a useful pdf pamphlet of things to know about the area and tips. Our dog loved the very secure yard! We hope to return!

This was our second visit to He's place because we found it to be such a lovely, comfortable & convenient place to stay the first-time round. He's place is very well supplied. You get your own entrance to the large upstairs apartment above the main house. Sometimes muffled sound travelled but we didn't find it a problem. My husband particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early evening, relaxing and taking in the view.

A great place to stay, exactly what you expect

Imagine driving up from Sydney to find a bowl of chocolate and rosé in the fridge! It just got better from there, we were 3 families with kids staying in the house and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. Everything was as pictured, the pool was amazing and perfect for the kids to jump into straight away. The sun hits straight onto the pool for most of the day so it wasn’t cold to swim in at all! There were so many areas the kids could play and we could eat. It was absolutely beautiful and well furnished. The bathrooms were all great and the whole place was very family friendly. Close drive to the entrance which was perfect. Emelie is just wonderful and was very thoughtful in letting us check in early and check out late which was helpful not having to rush out the door with all the little kids! I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our second visit as a group of lifelong friends. We do not have a pet but do appreciate the sense of openness and both the indoor and outdoor communal spaces. When sitting outside, you did not feel like you were being overlooked or impinging on other's enjoyment of their homes. Accommodates 6 adults easily. Good use of labels in kitchen for finding items. Great to have a coffee machine and basic supplies. Walk to Umina shops and beach. Suited us as we are "talkers" and like to be able to sit and chat. Spa well maintained. Great outdoor shaded area.
