We enjoyed using the apartment. Small but smartly furnished. Pleasant, cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities. If we have to stay in Eindhoven again, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

What a beautiful location! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time outside, but also used the sauna! Wonderful hike and explored the area. Highly recommended!

Not at all what you expect when you think about staying in a basement. The basement was quite large! You enter a hallway where the laundry, shower and washing machine are also immediately. Then go through the door to the kitchen (with all the amenities you may need) and if you walk through the large living room and bedroom, which are partly separated by an intermediate wall. The place was spacious and cozy in terms of layout. Nice sofa and large table where we could sit. The only downside was that there was not much light in the space, which makes sense given that it is the basement of Maurits' house. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and rented bicycles from Maurits, with which we cycled to the forest and the lakes. Maurits and his wife Gertie were very welcoming and friendly and communication went very smoothly! Very good experience, so definitely recommended. p.s. there was also a conservatory that we were allowed to use (cold, but still nice!)

Great apartment and a very friendly host! It's in a quiet area which is easy to reach from Eindhoven and the airport. Recommended to have a car or bikes due to the distance to shops. Inside, everything is very modern and comfortable. While at the time it did lack a few basic items, the host was very much open to feedback for what to provide. If you're looking for something peaceful in the area, I can highly recommend this apartment.

The cottage met all expectations and it all looked spik and span. We were warmly welcomed and given some explanation of how everything works. The cottage is located on the owners' area/big backyard but our privacy was respected. Contact was very pleasant. We recommend :)

we spent a long weekend in Annet for a long weekend with the two of us. A very nice house in a nice quiet location. Everything you needed was available. because the weather worked well, we made 2 nice bike rides. The wide area is very varied and beautiful. Hope to come back in the spring to enjoy the beautiful garden even more.

The house was top, above expectations. Very suitable for our group of 12, fully furnished, with all the comforts. Beds were excellent. Very nice also that all bedrooms have a private shower upstairs.

Our stay with Thomas and Eva was very comfortable. The house is very comfortable, everything is provided for the guests. We will be happy to stay here again. RECOMMENDED

it was really a nice base to have a girls weekend in the area of the bosch with friends. extensive everything present and also restaurants nearby. we would definitely come back to them again

We stayed here for a weekend and it was a very pleasant stay! We specifically picked out Jannae's house because we wanted to catch up as a group of friends of 4 and didn't have a lot of plans to leave. In the end, we went for a walk on the Loonse and Drunense dunes, which is less than a 10-minute drive, and we visited Den Bosch on Sunday after check-out and that is also nearby. It is a nice warm house, the shower is good, you have many rooms so with 4 friends each had their own room. The cat comes next to you and was playful and the chickens are nice to look at. There is a good supermarket nearby and a bakery next to it. Something to take into account: taller people may not fit well in the beds. I am 1m90 and I was lucky enough to be able to lie in the double bed. Absolutely no showstopper for this fantastic house, but probably nice to know if you bring a bit longer company.

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

A typical Dutch village with every brand, a large neighborhood outside of the city, where we stay, within walking distance of everywhere, the house is large, clean and new with fast internet, the furniture is perfect, beautiful air, two large balconies, 5 stars bathrooms and toilets, I recommend this place to everyone, a perfect holiday luc instantly helps. The price is a cheap, large and comfortable house in terms of quality.

The flat was in a wonderful location, not too far from Rotterdam but also in a more peaceful location. Our first impression of the flat was it was extremely clean and very well decorated, definitely one of the most detailed and loved for places we have stayed at. The flat is equipped with everything that could be needed for day to day living, the only slight problem are the upstairs neighbours who are very heavy footed however this did not cause a lot of issue at vital times. The host herself had amazing communication skills, very quick responses and was overall just a lovely person to interact with. We hope to stay here again soon

Nunung is a great host. She helped with all our questions promptly and also checked in in the middle of stay of everything was going ok. The place was clean, easily accessible by public transport, well equipped and there were nice areas to walk around. The cats were friendly! I'd recommend this place.
