Serene & rustic, rural farm life experience

We're located in a rural setting, ten minutes north of Duncan. This a two acre property on the base of Mt. Prevost and Mt. Sicker, intermittently run as a hobby farm with various farm animals, along with the family dog (Sawyer) and cat (Finnegan). Hiking trails nearby. Ten minute drive to shopping centre and downtown Duncan. Direct highway access and scenic rural routes. Excellent location for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) a nice rural farm experience!

The light filled farmhouse with cathedral ceilings has exquisite pastoral views of Glenora (Valley of Gold). No wonder it is called Golden Valley House! Visit the farm animals or farm-to-table restaurant by day (Friday-Sunday from Mar-Sept.) or stargaze at night. Watch the farmers tend the vegetables while you cook up a meal in the spacious open kitchen. Biking and hiking trails and swimming within minutes. Family friendly! Vineyards close by, too. Adults only, comfy spacious cottage on a private setting! Close driving distance to parks, hiking, art and culture, great views, restaurants & the beaches. A light breakfast of organic granola and fruit in the fridge is offered, as well as teas, coffees, etc. The seaside farm is down the driveway where horses, sheep, chickens, cats, and a dog live. Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. We offer a self-contained walkout basement suite that sleeps four comfortably. The suite has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. New stand alone, 1 level bright 2 bedroom nestled in the woods on 5 acres with radiant floor heating on a working farm. Located in the centre of the island we are not far from many local activities. Englishman River Park and the famous Hammerfest trails for bike and hikes. Fast Times amusements is just 10 min away with fun for the whole family. Parksville beach is a short 20 min comute. Cathedral Grove is 30 mins away for a beautiful stroll through the massive standing B.C. trees.

Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. We have Nigerian Dwarf Goats to cuddle with and many free-range chickens. We offer farm tours and fresh coffee. Lots to explore in the area and a quick drive to the beach or old growth forest. Peaceful Cottage on 15 acre Farm Pprovo-14-0016

My comfortable one bedroom cottage with sun-room (In the winter months it is very pleasant on sunny day will allow you to relax after a day of exploring the island). There is also a back patio with a great view overlooking the lower pasture and wetland. BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. On a hot day the patio offers good shade. It comfortably fits two and is centrally located. A easy 15 minute drive to most attractions. Dog friendly. Self check-in
