Cottage holiday rentals in North East Lincolnshire

An ideal retreat for a country escape. The accommodation (one of two the same, on a farm site that also has caravan pitches) is lovingly done, great decorative features with modern comforts. The private hot tub garden area, fenced off for privacy but with views out to the fields still, is a haven. The on-site Duck Inn gives you the chance to mingle with the owners (very hospitable and approachable) and others staying on site. Would be a lovely place in summer or winter, we hope to return! It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

Spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Great swimming pool and hot tub on site, and good off road parking. John was a welcoming host and made sure we were comfortably warm despite the bitterly cold weather outside. We didn't make use of the conservatory or garden due to it being autumn and the below freezing temperatures during our stay, but in summer those features of this Airbnb would be a great asset.

We had a lovely weekend break at primrose cottage! So clean and had everything we needed. The beach and restaurant recommendations from Sam were really helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

we had a lovely stay at the cosy cottage, this was our second visit as we enjoyed our stay so much last time we just had to come back! Jason's cottage is like a home away from home, with everything you need plus the added personal touches such as milk, wine, fresh eggs, treats etc.. the hot tub is a great added bonus and we were lucky with the weather.. the beds are super comfy for a great night's sleep, we would definitely recommend a visit here :-)

My children, dog and I had a wonderful two night's at Henny's! It is such a sweet house full of cottage character and a peaceful setting. We were hardly aware that we were at the bottom of Henny's garden. Lovely additional things include a little private rear garden overlooking fields and the big Lincolnshire sky, with bench swing and garden house.

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at 3 Coastguard Cottage. Great location, beautiful beach, cosy warm cottage with everything you need. Louise was a brilliant host. And make sure you try the Thai food truck outside the village store on Fridays & Saturdays. Incredible, so good we had take out both nights. We love this area and we'll definitely go back to stay here. *****

We absolutely loved the cottage. Lots of room for family of 5, cosy and comfortable. Lovely welcome basket too. Tealby is a beautiful village and we had a fab breakfast next door at the Vintage Kitchen. Will definitely return next time we are visiting Lincolnshire.

We had a lovely stay (two families with kids), everything we could possibly need and lots more at Garden Lodge Cottage. Charlie was a wonderful host who went above and beyond in accommodating us and really thoughtful touches of homemade cakes and a bottle of wine were so welcome after a long journey! Gorgeous house and garden tucked away but close enough to wonder down to the dunes and coast. We spied a barn owl over the fields from the house at dusk two of the nights we were there. Magical. Oh and we all loved the hens and their eggs! Especially the children. Comfy, clean and spacious, this was a perfect place to stay and we would highly recommend it. We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

This has been my 3rd visit to martins place, great to deal with just shame I cant book long term.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Debbie’s place was easy to get to, has private parking and a nice secluded garden, good living space, and all the amenities one needs. I was on a cycling holiday with a mate and it was perfect for our needs. A great base for cycling in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, a cosy home from home and two pubs within walking distance.

This was my second stay at John’s place, staying for work in the area. It is a lovely, quiet charming annex in a beautiful location which is very convenient for Grimsby and the Wolds. It has everything you could need, is spotlessly clean and beautifully warm even in the coldest week of the year. Just perfect. Thankyou John!

Short but sweet. We stayed as overflow for a local family event. I just wish the weather had been a little better and the time had been longer so we could have enjoyed the surrounding a little more. Truly appreciate the hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and well appointed. Beautiful location and views. On site restaurant really good. We would say again and highly recommend.

The accommodation was as described. It was very clean with everything we could need. It was a lovely cosy place to come back to on a winter evening. Jo was very helpful and prompt with her responses. We self checked in on Boxing day and the instructions were very straightforward.

We were fortunate enough to stay in Ashby cum Fenby while our house move was completed. We couldn't have wished for a better host. Victoria was incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Available at all times while giving us complete privacy at the same time. The cottage is so cozy and the grounds are beautiful, as are the village walks. During our stay we were lucky enough to see deer, badgers, squirrels and an abundance of small birds. We will not hesitate to book again and will recommend Victoria's cottages to friends and family when visting the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

A lovely little cottage . A very well equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine , a dining and lounge area . A bedroom and shower room . Very quiet and peaceful in lovely surroundings . Perfect for a couple or a single person . Very friendly hosts . We felt right at home as soon as we arrived . An ideal base if you want to explore the area . 15 minute drive to the coast and a 20 min drive to the lovely market town of Louth .
