Welcome to a contemporary and comfortable apartment. Built to be relaxing yet functional, the home is spacious and ideal for couples or business travelers. Main highways are a few minutes away. A train station with direct trains to NYC is exactly 1 mile away. It's a great walk if you want to get your steps in. Bayly's Beach is a bike ride away (yes, you can borrow the bikes). Various restaurants on the water are within a 1-mile radius (e.g. Sails American Grill, Rowayton Seafood).

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
