Great place to stay if you’re on a budget. Super responsive hosts!

Jim and Jen were excellent communicators, periodically checking in with recommendations and to see if we were in need of anything. Jim went above and beyond in extending our checkout time and helping to coordinate parking for some friends who would be joining us for a short visit. The space is lovely, and comfortable, the plentiful birdsongs were an extra bonus as well as the charging station in the living room. Several really good restaurants are within walking distance. The only thing to consider, is how important a high pressure shower is to you - an indulgent hot bath in a claw foot tub is there for the asking, however, the shower head must be held for a shower - an unexpected quirk that may or may not be important. Overall, I highly recommend Jim and Jen's place - good vibes for sure!

Sarah's place was perfect for our family of 4. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. It was clean, instructions for checkin/checkout were clear, and it was walkable to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was as promised, clean and comfortable. Although we didn't spend much time in the home everything was at our fingertips, including night lights which I had brought and didn't need. One suggestion would be a bath mat for the principal bathroom. My husband found it very slippery. The home is well appointed and feels very homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Citrus Heights.

Our family of eleven had a wonderful time in this spacious, well appointed clean home. It was so comfortable it reminded us the large home we grew up in. Everything you need is there! You don't need to to go out to eat, there are so many appliances there you could make breakfast, lunch and dinner there. There are plenty of extras for children and adults! It has a huge back glassed in porch with a lovely view of the Sierras. We enjoyed sitting out there when it warmed up. It is on a large private property after you pass a rural area. We would go back again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

South Slope’s Airbnb was great for me and my partner. They were very accommodating and gave us the privacy that we needed. Overall a great place to stay and unwind for the weekend !

Eli’s place was amazing. I could tell he’s put a lot of thought into bringing together everything to anticipate guests needs and make the home worthwhile every penny. Our family of 4 really enjoyed both inside and outside the home. I would highly recommend this home to other guests out there. Ali himself was a pleasure to deal with and I enjoyed interacting with him.

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday get-away location.
