We really enjoyed staying at LakeLand Cottage. Leigh-Anne was an amazing host, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This is a great place to stay for anyone looking for a weekend away in De Woude.

It is a really beautiful place, privat and loving furnishings with flowers, candles and open fireplace. The kitchen is more than complete, we missed nothing. Just the very soft bed we didn´t like it. You should know that the accommodation is located on road which can be very noisy but it didn`t disturb us. Heaving breakfast in the nature garden observed roebucks was amazing. Valerie and her husband are communicative but also respect privat space. So we can highly recommended Valeries place and are glad to have met her.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and even better than the pictures. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pines lovely house. It is very beautifully located and super peaceful. The house itself was very tidy and spacious, leaving enough space to enjoy meals and the evenings inside. We went to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. They are all located within a reasonable distance (40 min driving). Would definitely book again :)

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

Great stay at Marie Louise's! A beautiful person and an incredibly cute house on the water with everything you need next to Amsterdam accessible in 15 minutes by car (we opted for a RAI europaplein car park and we took the metro to the center of Amsterdam) unfortunately the P+R were very often inaccessible so we had to pay 35€the day of parking + the metro trips but we were waiting.. I hope to be back someday!

I stayed here for a sowing week alone, including a number of individual (hiking)coaching sessions with Eda. So a private retreat! It is a wonderfully quiet place and super luxurious that you have both the yurt (with cozy crackling fire) and a gypsy wagon with kitchenette and bathroom at your disposal. And then also the dome, a kind of dome, where you can sit out of the wind during the day. Fantastic though! Can't wait to come back here 🧡☺️👍👌🌿

We really enjoyed our stay there. Dennis’ communications were great, whenever we had a question we didn’t wait long for an answer! We would come back! :)

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again

Frank and Celia are very welcoming and give you good tips on the activities or eateries nearby. The cottage is neat, stylishly decorated and quietly located in a cul-de-sac street. Everything has been thought of, you will not be short of anything. The area is also great for cycling or hiking trips. We were there for a long weekend and enjoyed it tremendously, highly recommended! Best, Marloes and Robert.

A pretty little cottage in a quiet location with many extraordinary details! Large living room overlooking the fields. Well-equipped kitchen. Idyllic courtyard with BBQ and fire bowl, plus sandbox! One double bedroom is separate, the children's room right next to the living room. The upper room is on a gallery with sloping under the roof, but also very cozy. Many nearby getaways, we highly recommend Alkmaar! A holiday here is relaxing and varied! Many thanks to Leonel and Cor, who were always available and very friendly!

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

My wife and I spent the weekend here and it was exactly what we were looking for. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house is also lovely. We loved the fireplace and the views. It also has loads of personal touches throughout. We will definitely be back! 😊

Super friendly and attentive hostess with a very unique cottage.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hermann! Finding the place was easy. All around, the park is still being built - but you don't notice any of it at the house!! It is very idyllic and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. For our daughter, the biggest experience was seeing the cows grazing in the pasture! You had a direct view from the window or You could sit on the bench and sat 5 meters away :) We felt very comfortable - thank you for everything!

An incredibly beautiful place to stay in a quiet and idyllic neighborhood. Ine and Arjo have been very pleasing and accommodating hosts. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who is in the mood for peace and nature in a private ambience. The house is very nice and stylish. There was nothing missing. Just a 10 out of 10.

We had a great time at Hans & Marian's. The location is perfect for discovering the flower fields area and enjoying the beach. Everything is accessible by bike, the beach 10min and the park of keukenhof 15min. We had two small children (3 and 6 years old) who loved the play areas in the holiday park and the games for the children present in the house. Communication with Hans & Marian was very friendly and very fluid. Thanks again for a great stay 😊

Karin's cottage is a dream! We felt right at home Sparkling clean, private, quiet and yet central for many things to do with various possibilities. The house is cozy, well equipped and large enough for 3 - 4 people. Karin is incredibly friendly, nice and helpful and easily accessible. We definitely didn't regret booking Karin's cottage - on the contrary: we were very happy about it. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Annemarie's place. The view from the window is beautiful and we found the house very peaceful and comfortable for our family. We loved having access to the bikes and enjoyed exploring the local area on them. Annemarie was a great host, warm and friendly on arrival and when we said farewell.

We (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) stayed just before Easter for just under a week in Martha's beautiful and very cozy accommodation. The property is very quietly located in the park. The property and the accommodation itself are very clean and well maintained and left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. Martha always ruled very quickly in a friendly manner to our inquiries.

successful little break over carnival! The house is easy to reach, sufficient parking. The house is very cozy and sparkling clean. Good amenities, comfortable mattresses. Very quiet surroundings. The fireplace was used extensively during our travel time. With the dogs you can reach the Amsteldeich on foot. In Anna Paulowna you will find everything you need. However, we have often been to Julianadoorp for shopping. was certainly not the last time 😊
