Beach apartment holiday rentals in North Miami Beach

We had a lovely week and will be back to Katerina’s place. The condo is comfortable and well equipped, but the view is spectacular. The balcony is huge! The location was ideal with a tiki bar downstairs for a quick poolside meal or drink and the walk to Lauderdale by the sea was super easy. A great vacation spot!

Andrew's place was exactly as described and a perfect place to enjoy the beach. No need to travel far. Everything is close. Don't recommend the drinks at the Tiki bar, but it's a cool place. I thought the room was bigger than looked in the pics. Thank you Andrew!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and clean, with an unbeatable location right next to the beach—truly a stunning spot to stay! The hosts were very responsive, provided detailed instructions, and even checked in on us after we arrived, which we really appreciated. However, I did feel a bit anxious about the extensive handbook of rules, which made it feel like there was a lot of pressure to leave everything spotless. Additionally, having to do laundry and take out the trash, especially when departing at 5 a.m., felt a bit much considering the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the hosts’ attentiveness stood out, but these details slightly impacted the convenience of the experience.

Really enjoyed the space and the location. The gym and pool were a plus.

Great location for a reunion of college girlfriends! Once you have your Tides fobs and car placard, you’re good to go. So make sure to arrive during business office hours to secure. You need the fobs for all entry points including on/off the beach, elevator, etc. Pictures accurately convey the condo unit. It’s at the far end of a hallway, quiet with views of the main drag and of the ocean. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the balcony. Used the kitchen for breakfast preparation only, but it was stocked with all your needs. Unit was spotless and clean. One of the highlights was Taverna Opa down the street. Thought we were headed for a Mediterranean dinner but it was like dinner and a show! We enjoyed the easy access to beach and pool and the convenience of provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella. They were excellent with communication. Thanks! Would definitely rent again.

Place looked just like the pictures. Great area, walk to beach. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very quiet area. Very little traffic on street. No noisy neighbors. Host is very responsive. Great value for a place that is walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Suzi’s apartment. She was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a great location – close to shops and the beach. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. What a wonderful host. Two minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to grocery store. Plenty of access to buses and trolleys. The beach chair and umbrella pass was amazing. Tons of towels and beach towels. Well stocked kitchen. Thank you, Winn!

Just returned home from jason and Dave’s place at the W south beach . The unit was clean, spacious and wonderful property. The hosts and their staff did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience . If I had any questions they were very easy to contact . I would give jason and Dave nothing short of a 10+ recommendation !!! Can’t wait to return

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Towels, shampoos all set up like you’re in a hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful balcony with lounge chairs! Exactly like the photos. Great location, beautiful amenities, concierge was helpful as well, excellent 5 star service throughout the hotel, spa, pool and beach. David is a great host and was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Nothing negative to say, everything was amazing!!

We stayed at the Fontainebleau unit for a week. The ocean view was wonderful, the unit very nicely appointed, everything was clean and in good repair. We’ve stayed were offered assistance in booking restaurants and events with MAK’s concierge service. We’ve stayed at the Fontainebleau many times over many years and its location, amenities and great service keep us coming back. We used the kitchen for light cooking and next day leftovers. Grocery delivery to the Tressor Tower’s front desk was super convenient shopping on the Uber App. You could also order restaurant food the same way. Highly recommend this unit and MAK.

The studio is good. The W is getting outdated, but the apartment was clean and comfortable.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The host was warm and welcoming, the area was excellent and seemed like a prime location to be in Miami. I also loved how the apartment building had a pool, gym, hot tub and steam room oh and excellent views! I would definitely recommend 🥂

Had a great stay with our family of five. The unit was spotless, spacious and the views were incredible. The pool, beach and service at the St. Regis are top-notch and we enjoyed the walkability of its location in Bal Harbour. We had a lovely stay at Jessica’s beautiful home. Fantastic location with great restaurants and good food on site at the W. We’d definitely stay again. Jessica was very responsive and even arranged for our family to have an early check in which was a huge help since we were traveling with an infant. We’ll definitely stay again, it’s a great location with amazing views, in an amazing comfy space.

We love this area and have stayed at the Ritz before, it was nice having such a spacious unit. We had a late flight in but check in still went very well. The Ritz has some of the friendliest employees I have encountered. The unit was just as listed and described. Marcos was very responsive and we had no issues at all with our stay. We would definitely book this unit again!
