The serenity of the place and the host's responsiveness made it a memorable stay. The view and the silence are tough to beat. Mr. Joseph is very friendly and responsive. We would also recommend a houseboat tour in Kadamakudy.

We only stayed for a single night as a layover for a connecting flight in Cochin. After having stayed for one night we realized we could have easily stayed for a week. The pictures make it justice but it is even more beautiful in reality. We felt very welcome immediately and got to meet the hosts as well as one of their children and a grandchild. They were so accommodating it almost felt like being part of family immediately. They were even up at 6AM to see us off for our flight. Jose also took us out on the river. To top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious and the pineapple they grow there was the best we’ve had.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

What a special and beautiful place… we were only there for 2 nights and just wished we’d been staying for longer! We were met by Mathew and his wife, who look after the property, and despite our late arrival time (after 10pm) due to our flight, they were warm and welcoming. The temperature is pretty hot at this time of year (feb) but our rooms had air conditioning and ceiling fans and felt like a cool sanctuary to retreat to. The house itself is beautiful.. traditional ornately carved dark wood features and furniture.. so elegant, clean and comfortable. Authentic Kerala style. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely and well maintained. We were made a beautiful breakfast each morning, had a lovely chat with Mathew and his wife and given helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here - if I ever come back to Kochi I will definitely be returning! Thank you.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

I had a fantastic time at Geordin’s place. The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and the host was super responsive. Everything was exactly as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

This place is quite huge and value for money. It was beautiful, clean, and very well kept. Mr. Jerman was super helpful and always a call away. We had a great time here with family and I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Kochi.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, and I would definitely recommend to all. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience. His hospitality made me feel right at home. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, showcasing the hosts attention to detail. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would love to stay at this place again in the future!

A super cozy place in convenient location in Fort Kochi. Quiet, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary even a toaster and a blender. And there was a washing machine and a nice roof top to dry clothes, and it's not such a frequent facility in Indian rental homes as we found out. Eifi was nice, there was a tv with Netflix. ACs are new, working great. Sights are in a walking distance. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful and the check-in and checkout procedure was super easy

a great house located in a quite residential area with plenty of parking. the house was spotless when we checked in. The host was really helpful and kept constant communication with us. There’s two entrances from two different road into the property. The bedrooms were air conditioned. They have power backup in the event of power failure, washing machine, drying rack, a kitchen with basic utensils,huge refrigerator, huge smart tv and all the essentials for a long or short stay. we stayed there for a week and had zero issues. Will definitely come back again!

Karthika was a great host. Very responsive and super helpful. During our stay karthika helped clean the place based on our request due to our scheudle, we offered to pay for the same and she never accepted the cleaning charges, During check out day, by brother was in need of a weighing scale for the luggage and karthika managed to sort that out for us in a short span of time and put my brothers mind at ease. I haven't had many air b n b experience but this certainly stood out for the right reasons Keep up the good work karthika

It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

This is one of the best affordable places to stay in an amazing location. All the top restaurants, cafes, popular attractions, and churches in Fort Kochi are within walking distance. The host was exceptionally responsive and provided a wonderful breakfast on Christmas Eve. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to share that this was one of the most comfortable stays we have ever had! The house was not just cute and aesthetic but had a warmth that made it feel like home. Neil and his family were super kind and welcoming—always there if we needed anything. Uncle’s gardening insights were inspiring, and Neil’s mom was so sweet to us. And Neil is the coolest host ever—he made sure we were completely at ease. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay here :)

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

Binu & Rekha were very kind & helpful to us. I must say if you are in Ernakulam , Kochi without any doubt one must be ahead with the property. The location is secure , safe and walkable access to the market and metro , bus pickups and rickshaws as well. When it comes to the property, its more beautiful and cannot be justified from the pictures.. Its serene , peaceful gateaway , a perfect evening feels like home. We were welcomed instantly and ensured to have a smooth checkin. Binu and Rekha were just call away and were of great help. They helped extra miles with little things to make us comfortable , suggested places to go around , had one to one conversations over time, helped us to board back and welcomed to their home as well, they have a beautiful family.
