Warm Mineral Springs is .4 tenths of a mile away.

We have power and no damage. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Zen Den is a cozy 1/1 with a spacious feeling. A ten minute walk to the warm mineral springs. A Dollar general shopping store is at the end of the street one mile away. Across the street is miles of walking trails and nature at your finger tips. Awesome location, very roomy, washer and dryer. Fifteen minutes or less from major shopping centers. Twenty minutes from Englewood beach, 25 minutes to Venice beach.

Gated and surrounded by lush scenery you will feel like you have suddenly escaped to the caribbean! The pressures of the world melt away as you get your first glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Florida charm at its finest. Tropical garden setting in an historic home in your own private space. Walking distance to three restaurants including an original landmark restaurant, the Bean Depot. Fishing pier and boat ramp on the Myakka River to the gulf are also nearby. The house was originally owned by the Adams Family, makers of chewing gum ( chicklets and tea berry gum). Beautifully restored older home with lush tropical landscaping.

Relax in this darling guest house as you enjoy the warmth of the Florida sunshine. Read a book on the garden swing next to the canal while you watch the birds or fish off the dock. Immaculate 2 bed/2 bath home with sun porch and patio complete with BBQ grill located in lovely neighborhood. Walk or bike (2 adult bikes provided) the lighted pathways with a wide variety of shopping and restaurants. Our favorite thing to do is beach combing the fabulous beaches in the area.
