This contemporary two-level guest house is newly renovated and includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge (with ice/water), microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There's a living room with a 55-inch flat screen Tv and pull out couch. Wide and tall windows bring in lots of natural light. The main level has one master bedroom with a luxurious queen bed and closet for storage, while a designer full bathroom with soaker tub awaits you as well on the lower level. The second floor has another bedroom with queen bed, closet and full bathroom. it also includes its own flat-screen television for all your entertainment needs. The house also includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet and cable TV, plus a patio with gas BBQ for all your culinary desires. This is the perfect vacation home for families, business travellers and adventure seekers. Our location is unique from other spots around town. We are the closest home to the Victoria International Airport, which is within walking distance. Local wineries and spas are close by for you to relax and unwind. Guests have their own private entry. The guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from the airport. It's also walking distance to a coffee shop, convenience store, and the local recreation centre. Downtown Victoria, Butchart Gardens, and ferry terminals are within an easy drive. The major bus exchange is a 5 minute walk down the street which will take you direct to and from Victoria/Sidney While you have your own private home, this is also our home as we live on the premises. Bright, clean, modern bachelor suite located in a quiet neighbourhood in Central Saanich. Separate entrance with a patio to enjoy sitting outside. Parking, wifi, cable included. Close to the airport & B.C. ferries! Grocery stores, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, & Butchart Gardens are all less than a 10 min. drive. Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

This small cozy one room and bath cabin, build by a master carpenter & artisan using high quality and reclaimed material. The ceiling has exposed wood beams, the bed has a very high quality mattress with lovely 100% cotton linen, bathroom has a heated pebble floor with walk in shower. Small kitchenette area with sm. bar fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, cutlery & dishes, (outdoor BBQ , cook top & fire table) Tucked in amongst tall trees on hosts beautifully sloped West Coast property.

Adorable suite with kitchenette.

We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. Not suitable for kids/infants as extra guests above capacity. No pets. ok to BNB changes
