An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.
