Holiday rentals with a hot tub in North Valley

Probably the best air bnb stay we’ve ever had :))) the best located Airbnb in ABQ if you ask me, you can get to anything. LOVED the 3 king beds :) family of 4 and we all were so happy and comfortable

Where should I begin?? I know. I extended my stay twice. Yep!! Not once, but twice. Even after extending, I still had a hard time leaving. Una and Pete are great!! Old school Albuquerque. Made me fall in love with New Mexico all over again.(I used to live in Taos, a long time ago) Super modern. Everything you absolutely need. Even a bidet!! Ugh!! The best. Once I figured out Sling TV in the bedroom, I basically, never left . . and the grounds were incredible. Even a finicky and troublesome hot tub, was excellent!! Loved the neighborhood, which can be hit or miss in Albuquerque. There is simply nothing I can say negative. If ever in Albuquerque, this will be my first stop, if available

Phillips Place was the perfect spot for my friends and me. We were all able to stay together in the same house without feeling cramped. Each room had its own full bathroom, WiFi, and TV, which added a nice touch of privacy. Sometimes when you go on vacation, it can be hard to find time alone, but Phillips Place struck a great balance between shared spaces and personal time. The common areas were lovely, and it really felt like a resort experience. Plus, the location was fantastic with great restaurants nearby. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay!

The house was clean and beautiful. We really appreciated the beautiful decorations in the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but nothing happened. We noticed almost every street sign had bullet holes in them which did make us feel a little uneasy. The only thing in the home that was a little frustrating was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper and there was no paper towels in the kitchen. In addition we did have our dogs with us and there is a section of the gate in the backyard that just slides open and one of our dogs was able to get through it. It was tough that we couldn’t have them outside.

Delightful home on a quiet street with spacious yard and an excellent hot tub. As a family of four plus large dog on a road trip, Leah’s home was perfect for our needs.

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Thank you Barb and Ed!

We stayed there for about a week and the home was great. We are a family of 5 so room is on the top of our list and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Peaceful area, clean, and plenty of room.

Luke has made a really unique, resort style space for his guests. The pool, pickle-ball, mini golf and patio set up is gorgeous and a great space for families. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to any concerns that we had and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. The speakeasy room was an absolute favorite - we could hardly get the kids to leave that space and was a really special experience for them to have their own hideaway. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen was well appointed with what we required and everything was in good working order. Would absolutely stay with Luke again.

Alfredo was always helpful and responded to questions asked really fast!
