Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Vik and Aid's yurt is a real find - in a tranquil yet easily accessible part of a major city. A short stroll to the Hare and Hounds pub, which is a major music venue and also a warm, welcoming and friendly social hub. It's also not far from the MAC at Cannon Hill Park, for all its events and exhibitions. The yurt itself is everything it claims to be, lovingly hand made, comfy bed and sofa, and can be as warm as you like with the wood stove and backup. Close to the house, yet completely private and peaceful. Vik and Aid are interesting and lovely people, and great hosts, highly recommended!

It was my first Airbnb experience and absolutely perfect, Very friendly hosts, My kiddies loved the pool table and meeting milo, The fact I could cook like at home was great. The beds were comfy and we did feel like we was at a home from home, would highly recommend and I am certain we will stay again. Thankyou for making my first time with Airbnb amazing.

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The location is beautiful as is the coach house itself. Totally private, warm, and comfortable. Everything was clearly explained and worked perfectly. The stairs to the bed and bathroom upstairs were safe, but as a senior I might reconsider them next trip. Cheers, Patty

Great place to stay with my paw pals for a night on route to my destination. Very tranquil, and being part of a chapel makes it extra special. The bathtub is by far the best I’ve experienced and as a former Superhost, I’m quite fussy! It was so relaxing, the couple were lovely, and you honestly couldn’t ask for more. The bed was super comfy, it was easy to find everything I needed, and it was great to have a fridge with milk, cold water, and even space for a bottle of wine and my cheese board. Even without a kitchen or TV, I didn’t miss a thing it was that peaceful and well thought out. Loads of tourist spots just a short drive away, and it was absolutely perfect for the dogs too. I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend! A beautiful area. Thankyou for having us.

The hamper with chocolate, biscuits, tea and coffee was a lovely addition and had the perfect amount for our little family. We all enjoyed our stay, with my son asking if we could make this the only place we stay at from now onwards. I've already shared the details of the property with friends. 100% recommended.

Would give this place 6 stars if I could, might be one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at, the Airbnb was beautiful and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be returning as I couldn’t get enough of the place. Elizabeth was a responsive and friendly host who was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell that Elizabeth takes great pride in her Airbnb and it is reflected in the exceptional standard of the place. I couldn’t speak more highly of the host and the Airbnb if I tried.

We stayed for 3 nights with our one year old. A lovely place. So peaceful and cosy. Wishing waking distance of Bradgate. WiFi was fast and lots of useful info provided. We loved the cookies!

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

Lovely stay in Darley Bridge courtesy of Claire, great location to discover the Peak District, fab local walks and pubs. Visited the Three Stags for excellent food, well worth a visit. Other visits to Bakewell, Chatsworth and the Monsall Trail. A lovely stay, very relaxing.

What a beautiful studio apartment. Far exceeded our expectations. Super clean and modern and in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Only a short 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow and Marylise was quick to respond to messages. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. And if we return to Nottingham in the future would 100% stay again

well a few words will not cut it.... Even before we arrived andrew was always responsive and happy to help. when we arrived he gave us the full show round an explained where everything was and was just delightful. The welcome hamper is second to none freshly made cakes, fresh milk from the local farm,bread,butter,jam,crisps and even a bottle of prosecco. couldn't ask for more. The property is absolutely lush even though it's is next to their house you wouldn't know it. complete privacy!!! and outside garden area is well maintained and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. we throughly enjoyed all games supplied. very nice local restaurants we ordered in both indian and chinese and both were so delicious. We will be hopefully returning soon as The barn and andrew are just perfect.

I had an eight-week stay in the middle of a house move and it was very modern and well-equipped, spotlessly clean with ample space and facilities. It's in a pleasant, peaceful semirural location which I knew before I chose it and road and rail connections are easily accessible as is a very decent choice of local restaurants and takeaways. There's fast fibre broadband for work or leisure, (plenty of options for streaming on the TV), good cellular reception, plus off-street parking right outside the front door. And Kerry and Declan were every bit as welcoming and helpful as others have said. Highly recommend.

Had such a lovely, peaceful stay at James' little garden studio. It is exactly as described and the sofa bed was very comfortable (for one, not sure about 2 people). I didn't have a car and the place was still easy to get to, even over the bank holiday weekend. Bus route is a short walk away and the supermarket 20 mins by foot. Would absolutely stay again! Very easy to check in, the muffins and milk left were a lovely touch. Good location for a mixture of locations. would definitely recommend for couples who want some time in the Peak District

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. As soon as we parked the car, we already felt good about the place. It’s perfect for families, with lots of thoughtful details that really make a difference. My daughters loved every minute we spent there. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

The cottage is fabulous, it was everything we had hoped for and more. All the mod cons, absolutely spotless and the private garden was lovely to have breakfast and relax in. Karen has obviously put so much thought into exactly what you would need for a self catering relaxing break away from the pressure’s of normal life at home. The scenery is beautiful and we were lucky enough to have a lovely clear sunny day to take in the surroundings. The Japanese maple whirlpool adds that special touch to the stay, lots of lovely hot water, bubbles & salts . I could not recommend this cottage enough, Karen is friendly and accommodating, her hard work and dedication shines through in the little extra things she includes. Once you have stayed here you will definitely come back, excellent for treating your other half to a quiet break .
