Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Northamptonshire

The lodge was divine! It was the perfect stay for the bank holiday weekend. It was a great location as there were shops, coffee shops and pubs less than a 10 minute drive away. I would certainly recommend this bnb to anyone looking for a tranquil break

Fantastic stay, Janet was the perfect host and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Janet also provided lots of recommendations, an awesome hamper of breakfast goodies and was great at communicating instructions. We will definitely return.

We booked this stay for 5 adults and a 2.5 year old for family members bday. The place is stunning and the hot tub is an added bonus. Lounge area is brilliant and comfy. Dining table area great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Bedrooms spotless and beds very comfy! Main bedroom had bifold doors with amazing views. Local area great we went to Calke abbey and the local pubs. Went to Alton towers final day and only 50 min drive. Coffee and tea station on arrival was a lovely touch. Outside sofa area comfy and stylish. I would say that the outside seating area needs more chairs / a little coffee table as there isn’t anywhere to put drinks or enough room for all 5 adults to sit. Also maybe some plastic garden cups would be good. Also to note that there is a big drop at end of garden to a stream - whilst toddler loved seeing resident ducks it was a watch 24/7 situation. Travel cot provided but not suitable for over 2 as too small. Overall loved the stay ! Would def go back.

This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

We are a couple in our 30’s, we visited over Easter with our dog. It was very easy to check in to the cottage once we arrived, the location was very private and peaceful. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described, it had everything we needed and was so cosy! We had even been left a welcome box with some cupcakes/crisps, wine and an Easter egg which is such a nice touch! The decor is so nice, kitchen was great as we like to cook dinners on staycations and the bathroom is lovely! Also made great use of the hot tub every day! We walked around the village a lot with the dog, there is a nice village shop and a pub a 5 min walk from the cottage which was dog friendly and had a really nice vibe! We had a roast there for lunch on the Sunday also and this was great! We had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back, we loved how close by all of the other Cotswold villages were for visiting and this was such a nice base to come back to each day! Ramin is a great host. The house is spacious, quiet and located close to shops etc

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Have just returned from a lovely relaxing weekend at Jan’s lodge. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and gorgeous property. Very good communications throughout. Would highly recommend

Billy and his wife were amazing, we arrived to a kind welcoming and felt like we were at home straight away. The surroundings is so peaceful and calming, hottub was a plus even when it rained. The lodge had everything one needs for their stay and we will 100% be coming back. Thank you once again for having us.

We absolutely loved our stay at rectory retreat, the setting was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very cleverly thought out. The hot tub looking out onto open fields under the stars was the cherry on the cake! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Was very good value for money, as a young couple it was very affordable and a lovely little getaway. The facilities were great and we were greeted very warmly which settled us straight away. It was thoroughly clean and no surprise payments which is always appreciated, the tea room and farm shop near by is a must do. Many thanks to the hosts, we will be back!

Such a lovely place for a little get away! Super comfy bed, hot tub easy to use, ice bucket for your Prosecco had a great evening! Ordered food into the cabin and was delivered in half an hour! Very clean and just perfect for a couple get away!

Very nice spacious lodge which really lived up to the online description. Exceptionally clean and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Nice views over golf course and easy access to Cambridge and surrounding area. Karen was very helpful with the few queries we had and stay was entirely trouble free. Due to a busy schedule we didn’t have time to explore the obviously popular Country Club but were never disturbed by anyone using the Club.

A very easy easy review to write : Pro's : Everything Con's : Nothing All the extras provided in the lodge were the icing on a very well thought out cake. Brilliant.
