Amazing facilities, awesome host! There were 9 in our party and we all had a wonderful time. Wowed by the welcome package, the space of the property was ample, big and spacious. love the homely feel, the beautiful animals and variety of rooms to host our party. Looking to see when I can bring my family back to share the fantastic experience of the hobbit house. thank you Hannah and Noel. definitely a win being the next village along from the Warners distillery where we enjoyed a tour.

We had a great weekend at Osprey Cottage. It was a really cosy cottage, sparkly clean and really comfortable. Ben & Marie go above & beyond to make you feel welcome with lots of pet friendly extra’s that make a world of difference. We’ll definitely return and stay again soon.

Beautiful, quirky & cosy cottage In a picturesque village. my family, dogs & I loved it here and felt happy to be away from all the hustle n bustle of busy town life. There are lots of lovely walks and public footpaths to follow and investigate which the children and dogs loved. a very short drive away you have Sharnbrook which has some great pubs, cades and a co op where you can stock up on al the essentials. The cottage was well equipped and the log burner was a joy in the cold winter evenings. Caroline and Simon were great hosts and have been extremely helpful. we have just re booked to stay a little longer as we feel so at home here. neighbours are lovely too. I highly recommend this lovely air bnb if you are after somewhere to relax in a beautiful village location.

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Thank you once again Amber for a wonderful weekend and I know we’ll be booking again. Mike

Was a beautiful stay, lots of space and decorated so tastefully, host was amazing response time was so quick and clear instructions, so peaceful and relaxing would definitely recommend and stay again!

Marc was a great host - always replied to messages, great place to stay perfect for contractors will book again when in the area thank you for having us!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

Loved every bit of staying with them. Place was clean and tidy and went out of there way to help me find extra accommodation when i was in need of somewhere to stay after staying with them. Definitely recommend to everyone

Had a lovely stay at Lucy’s place with my two best friends for a cosy girls’ night away. It was perfect for what we needed and Paul was very welcoming and helpful, as well as being accommodating when we were later than our initial ETA.
