A small oasis in the heart of the city. Mrs. Luisa was very kind ,friendly and helpful. The place was lovely. It was a nice discovery, I'll be back .

Ideally located ! very good communication !

Great place with a green and peaceful surroundings, suitable for relaxation and safe for kids to play in the center of a small village. It is a good starting point for daily trips to towns in the region or hills that are just 20 km or so away. And don’t miss the greatest ice cream just across the bridge and delicious pasticeria around the corner. Host gave us a lot of very good ideas and suggestions, she was very responsive and extremely nice. Supermarket, pizzeria and a nice osteria are also very close to the place. Our family highly recommends this place and we will be back.

The host Sanja was very friendly and helpful. She always replied to our messages and was there if we had any questions. The apartment was super comfortable and clean and we totally felt at home. The kitchen was fully equiped and we even had a little balcony. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would 100 percent recommend this airbnb and visit again!

Great stay in Gioviano. My kids loved it as well, especially the cats that walked around the town. Directions to find the place were spot on, as well as host communication.

We spent some wonderful days at Hansruedi's place. The townhouse is very nice and cozy, clean and quiet. There's nothing missing. The bus station is very nearby, also bakery and small supermarket. Val Müsterair offers wonderful tour options. We're thrilled, it was fantastic (despite changeable weather)! The host, Hansruedi, is very friendly, the communication worked out just fine. We received guest cards and were able to travel free of charge by public transport in the valley. Conclusion: We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Amazing place to stay. The apartment was super clean and felt right at home. The view and amenities were great, location is nice and private with ample parking.

Michele super attentive, greeted us at the house and explained everything and gave us local recommendations, restaurants and places to shop. During the stay she was always aware of how we were going and was always willing to help us. The location allows you to easily reach by car, and leave it in the parking lot, then it can be reached on foot to all places in the city. Thank you Michele for having us in your home!!!!!

Milena’s loft was exactly as described and as per the photos There were lots of “extras” which were welcome - a large selection of books, travel guides, maps, places to go, wellington boots for the aqua alta ( we didn’t need them !), umbrellas and so on The disposal of waste was well documented and explained - but rather than take it to the boat before 830 we decided to wait for the door to door collection. A point to note is that neighbouring properties hang their own waste bags outside on hooks - something Milena told us not to copy. Milena and Maurizia helped arrange travel to and from by private taxi. I also inadvertently set an alarm off in one of the bedrooms thinking it was an overhead light ! On average we walked about 5 miles a day - preferring to walk rather than use the vaporetto ( turned out to be quicker too) The loft was ideally located with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

A remarkable and super warm welcome that lives up to this amazing apartment. Top equipment and furniture. Privacy assured thanks to the space on both levels. Quiet in the historic center with lovely tree-lined views from the terrace. Just fantastic!

A view of Lake Maggiore, which is looking for the same. We had never enjoyed such a view. A beautiful house with upscale amenities, there was nothing lacking. Particularly noteworthy is the kitchen equipment, lots of pots, lots of spices, a great induction field. Twice balcony and outdoor seating. Plenty of space in the dining room. A modern large bathroom. Our grandson loved the oblique elevator. Unfortunately, it was already too cold to use the garden, barbecue and seating by the garden. The phone contact was friendly, pleasant, helpful, you could have chatted even longer.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thomas and Elke are such warm people. We were very well received, it was immediately as if you were on vacation with friends. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly everywhere to explore Istria. You have everything you need, everything super clean and well maintained. After swimming in the sea, the kids enjoyed the pool every day and looked forward to Simon the cat. We had a magnificent holiday here, we will be happy to come back to this magical gem! Thank you to Elke and Thomas for this spot and the great holiday there.

The apartment was spotless clean!

Federica was very helpful right away. Your home is very cozy and clean. We found everything we needed, pasta, salt, oil, coffee, tea, and snacks for breakfast. Nothing was missing in the bathroom, everything was impeccable. We booked this house to go to Mirabilandia, about 7 kilometers away, so the location is strategic. I highly recommend it.

The house is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, but that's also exactly what we wanted. By car, you can reach the harbor in Novigrad in 5 minutes, where you can watch beautiful sunsets. There is everything you need in the house. And if something is missing or you need more (such as toilet paper😅) or recommendations for good food, then Vlado responds very quickly via the app. The pool was our highlight Beautifully refreshing. Lighted in the evening and beautifully large. There are two small cottages next to each other with a total of 3 neatly large beds in slightly smaller rooms. A lot of space is not, but we were the least time in the house. 😊 Pro: washing machine with short wash 😅 What could be better: the ants were sometimes very annoying & a small night light for the rooms ☺️ We would come back anytime, especially as we really found the tranquility we wanted! 💕 Thanks to you dear Vlado and your wife

Lovely townhouse on a quiet edge of Marina di Massa. Via a side exit from the property right on the river to the sea, via a beautiful path. Very friendly landlady with good tips at all times. Price/performance top.
