Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Beaches Council

I stayed at Ying's place in March 2025. Ying was proactive in communication and sent through instructions that were very easy to follow in a timely manner. No complaints about the house - it is no luxury apartment but it has everything you need and is extremely close to public transport and shops. The bed was comfier than many Airbnb beds I've slept on, and the room was surprisingly quiet once you shut the balcony doors, despite facing a main road. Great value for money.

In the heart of Manly, perfect for surfing, accessing restaurant and work out sports. Apartment gets a bit warm in peek summer, but the fans provided do the job.

The studio is bright and spacious and quiet in spite of being close to the beautiful beaches and all the action of Manly. It has a particularly large balcony and the parking space is a big plus. Paul was vey responsive when we contacted him. A good find.

Jess and Tamila’s place was exactly how it looked and was a very comfy and relaxing place to stay over the weekend for a concert, as it was a short walk to the train station in Chatswood. Tamila’s responses and help was very appreciated in checking in and any further details and was very nice and kind.

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to downtown and the beach. Great views from the heartbeat of Manly!

All instructions easy to navigate. Apartment as advertised, great location, clean and tidy, comfy bed and cute balcony. All basics in pantry and coffee pod machine :-) Had a lovely stay. Highly recommended

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very well stocked. The location is amazing within a very walkable neighbourhood. Super comfy bed. We loved the balcony too. Malcolm was friendly, informative & provided some groceries. He answered any questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again

I stayed here for a concert for one night. All 3 guests said if we were to come down again we would definitely book this place again. Restaurants and grocery store all walking distance and so close. Everything you needed was provided. It was only a 10min uber to Olympic Park which was perfect.

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Weis place. The apartment is located in an extremely convenient area, right next to the metro, a small supermarket across the road, great coffee at the Cafe outside the building and amazing Korean restaurant. The pool is long and great for lap swimming. The apartment is tidy and has everything you need. It's also very close to the freeway and only about 15 minutes from Royal North Shore hospital. We stayed for a month and this place has a very special place in our hearts now!

It was so easy to stay with our two kids. I stayed for a long time, so if I told them about the necessary items, they fixed it immediately. All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) were within 2-3 minutes, so it was convenient. I don't think it was the most cost-effective place in Chatswood. Thank you. ^ ^

Light filled well equipped home perfect for a family or group getaway. Good sized living area for when you need to bunker down to avoid inclement weather. The house is a short stroll to the beach and we found the locals very friendly and willing to share their coffee tips. Access instructions were easy to follow and Belinda responded to queries on a timely basis. We would definitely stay again.

An absolute gem of a place! Located within 7 minute drive of manly beach but really quiet. Local small shops abc takeaway within 100 metres. We rented this property as an extended family. It worked so well as there is lots of room, as well as a second living space. The property was immaculate and well equipped. We hosted some family get together at the property, and had enough equipment to bake a desert and everything. The swimming pool and covered deck area also were huge plus points! In addition to this, we had a personal tour from the hosts and their children, and they were super attentive if we had any questions or needed anything. Also the neighbours were really friendly and helpful! Could not rate this place highly enough and warrants the price tag. We’ll be back!

This Airbnb was a wonderful find, peaceful, spacious, and well-located near Bouddi National Park. The big open kitchen and large sofa common space made it perfect for relaxing. The backyard has a lounge area, large screen, and a home gym with a sauna. Everything worked well, and we’d love to stay again. The only feedback is that cleanliness could be improved, but overall, it was a great experience.

very close to Manly dam and Manly beach, suitable for family vacation. spacious house with a amazing garden and pool. a patio with BBQ for family evenings. Monique is a great hostess and assisting us in every way possible.

Dom’s place was great! He let us check in early after coming in from a 16 hour flight. In addition, our family is gluten free and he had gluten free snacks waiting for us upon check in!

Great place to stay in East Gosford. Very well equipped and comfortable. Good location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Vivienne is a lovely host who even posted me something I forgot.
