Spacious, clean, great location. The beds were a little too firm for me but I know that this is a personal preference. Otherwise, extremely worth the price and within walking distance of everything we needed :)

It was such a big plus that it was really close to the airport!! However, it was a little uncomfortable because it was far from a pickup when touring from downtown, but thanks to the host of the accommodation, I was very comfortable and quick to solve the problem, so it was really nice!! And he took really good care of 😆 this and that. He was so kind and talked a lot! It was a morning flight on the last day, and he also showed me the consideration of taking me to the airport😭. I really recommend it because of the location for those who are flying in the morning! The facilities are not very good, but we stayed without any inconveniences!

Responsive host. Very secure gated area. Gate and door little harder to open. Everything else great.

It's next to the airport, so I thought it would be comfortable, so I caught it without much thought. It was more peaceful than I thought, and the neighbors were kind, quiet, and nice. The surrounding dogs bark, but they are nice and listen to the horses (if you tell them to be quiet, be quiet..) The host is friendly, and even though it's dawn, the flight time is delayed, so he even changed it to pick it up. Especially when communicating, I'm Korean, so it was impressive to be considerate while turning the translator in Korean. "Is there anything uncomfortable for you, my friend?" On the last day of Saipan, I left with a very good heart.

Had an amazing time, area is beautiful, bed and pillows was the softest I had had in a while!

The place was very clean and very cute. We were an hour late on the set time for check in but they still welcomed us with a smile and was fast to respond to anything I had asked!

As soon as you arrive, you pick me up and the sea is awesome in front of the accommodation. It's a family trip for 5 people, and I didn't rent it separately, but the host lent me a car cheaply. They also took me to the local restaurant myself and changed it to an additional late checkout. The return flight was a dawn plane, but he drove me to the airport after sleeping. The accommodation was enough for a family of five, and there were dogs in the yard, which was very simple, and he drove me to the sea in front of the accommodation. Sometimes there were ants and small lizards, but it wasn't bothersome. The kids are going to take the geckos and raise them... lol There's a grocery store 3 minutes away, there's a grocery store, a beach, and it's awesome!! I intend to return this winter.🤩

Mr Choi was a kind and friendly host! The unit was private, clean, spacious, had a great breeze if you wanted and very quiet. Full amenities in the unit as well. Ac was very cold and internet fast. Lots of parking and easy to access and find. Hosts were very responsive and communicated well to manage my expectations. I felt very at home and welcome. Good central locations with many groceries and gas stations close by. Fantastic experience! Thanks so much.

This airbnb suited us perfectly for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this one to future guests!

This place has a great location and a very minimalist approach. There is a common area for anyone trying to watch TV, then there are seperate private rooms. The showers are nice, though aimed a little high, the beds are comfy, the balcony is the 100% highlight. great view. I liked this spot. It serves as a nice home base for exploring the island. The staff is nice too. It would be nice to have appliances to cut back on food costs, but thats no big deal.

The host is very helpful and friendly，response to every request from us！ Location has a great sea view，quiet neighborhood，clear night sky with stars. Host also provides car pick up service and breakfast，which is very convenient！ The room is clean and tidy with everything you need. There is a common kitchen，laundry and Ping-Pong table.... Very nice in a word！

It was so good that I thought it was an accommodation that I wanted to know alone. Beautiful and comfortable beach 2 minutes away And with the clever dogs that follow the beach together, Daily cleaning and towels provided allowed me to stay happier and more comfortable than at home during my stay. Of course, the owner and staff in the Listcomport House were also very friendly and accommodating. I really want to come back next time!!

It was a trip with my two children and my mother. My mother had some discomfort with her legs, and I chose this place because I wanted the first floor because there were children. I had a really comfortable and safe stay. The washing machine is on the porch, so you can do the laundry right away, and the refrigerator is large, so even if you buy a lot of groceries, you can go in. They take care of everything before they run out, and the cleaning service will make you feel like they are in full photos every day. If I ran out of delivery, it was really comfortable. There are dogs that protect the house well, and they say that our kids are no longer big. The owner communicates well with the inside and outside, so if you have any questions, please let me know. It was the first Saipan trip I chose because I liked the review, but I made so many good memories ^ ^
