Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Northern Mindanao

We had a peaceful stay at Charlotta’s place. Everything was clean and as described. You’re just off the beach and the sunsets were beautiful! Catherine (the house manager) was also attentive and helped us when needed. You will need a car/bikes to get around as there is not much nearby - it’s also good to explore the island. We rented ours directly from the port and drove there.

Very peaceful and clean place, although bigger cars would find it hard to navigate the road, but the overall experience and comfortability is worth the price.

A great place to stay in a beautiful island! Amazing host who was so responsive before we arrived and so helpful when we were on the island - he picked us up from the airport, helped us rent a scooter and shared lots of local suggestions. Definitely recommend!

Keith was a great host - very responsive and when the AC in one of the rooms started to malfunction, he had a technician come over immediately. Since the AC was not repairable, Keith initiated to compensate us instead and refund us a small amount of our booking for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great stay and the place was homey and had everything we needed. Note though that since the house is in the heart of the city and not in a subdivision, the noisy neighbors and environment at night was something that couldn’t be controlled.

Helen's place was just what we needed. We had a last-minute problem with another Airbnb rental and had to cancel that reservation. Helen and her staff were able to accommodate our late request and provided an early morning checkin the next day. The place was great and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the location and the beautifully manicured grounds. I would highly recommend Helen's place to other travelers.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Miss Iris is very accommodating and responsive to my questions. Also, the place is very homie, cozy, aesthetic and almost you have everything you need specially in the kitchen. It's nearby to SM mall, great restaurants, and other local shops you need. It's a great place to relax on a weekend.

this place is well located near the mall, and 711 and some restos just across the street. Lance's place is homey, bed and pillows soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchen clean, room is well lighted with free wifi and Netflix

The place is very nice. It is also very accessible and clean. A home away from home. The owner is also very nice because she accommodated us even if it was on short notice. Worth the price

I had a great stay at Gemma's place, very clean, fast internet connection and she was responsive to my queries. The unit has fast internet connection but doesn't have TV yet? but it's okay for me cause I was out most of the time... but hopefully she'll have one soon :) I would love to book again the next time I come back to CDO. Our stay was perfect! We loved how it was just few steps away from the mall, restaurants, and bar. Everything’s accessible! The smart TV is huge! The whole place is well designed and it smells good.
