Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northern Norway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, warm and cozy home! It was the perfect home base for our family of 6 to enjoy the beauty and fun of Finland. We relished our walks through the snowy woods behind the house, and the kids played in the snow every day. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts generously provided local treats and foods for us to enjoy. The cherry on top was that there were gifts wrapped and waiting for us under the Christmas tree! It was the perfect winter wonderland stay for our Christmas holiday, and this is one of our very favorite Air BnB’s of the many we’ve enjoyed around the world! Many thanks to our hosts for making our Christmas so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cabin! It was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We especially loved the sauna and the private area outside where we could enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our stay. The location was ideal, just a short drive from Oulu but still in a peaceful and natural setting. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Finnish countryside.

The place is close to airport, is easy to find, there is space to park a car. It's clean and nice warm (we were here in the winter). Comfortable beds and morgan food in the fridge were waiting for us and it was super good (especially because we arrived late). Thank you very much Carita and Rolf for the recommendation of a walk. Everything perfect, can be recommended.

Beautiful and clean spot. Close enough to the city to enjoy excursions, but far enough away to feel secluded. We enjoyed walking on the frozen lake and warming up in the sauna afterwards. Host was friendly and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed.

We were the first visitors to John and his wife and we loved our stay at their place. Everything was compliant, very clean, inviting, spacious and close to Rovaniemi. John and his wife took care of us, told us several good places to eat and walk around. It was our 3rd air bnb from our trip and by far the best. Thank you for your warm welcome, we felt at home in Finland. We hope to see you soon!

It was truly magical experience to watch the northern lights inside those cosy cottages. Very peaceful, silent, far away from the light pollution. Very nice place to get calm and to enjoy the silence and nature.

By renting the little cabin, Marianne and George open the door to their little paradise. In their place you will feel love, real nature and one of the most beautiful landscape ever, even the drive to and from Tromso is breathtaking. For people seeking a true experience in nature this is the perfect place. The cabin is remote, a step back in time, no mod cons and this is it’s beauty. A cosy, warm little haven in the beautiful wild. It is well thought out - all the instructions given by Marianne and George, and noted around the cabin ensure your stay is seamless and answers all the questions you might have - it is important to listen to them, especially as you are in the middle of the wild, responsible for your own warmth and staying in someone’s home. You are stepping back in time, at one with nature. This is a magical place. Marianne and George are kind and welcoming people. In the middle of an area flooded with guides and tourists and impersonal experiences they are a true find. Passionate about nature and the aurora, experts in the region (Marianne is a local). If you’re looking for other experiences whilst staying in the area - they are the perfect people to ask (especially aurora hunting). Going to the cabin is a truly unique experience. We are leaving with stars in our eyes and will definitely return.

Really lovely place, Arooj is friendly. We are in rush in our travel plan, didn't have time to buy food and drinks, Arooj provide us some free drinks and food, also some options to purchase some food and drink in the apartment with food prices!

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in Luleå. We would love to come back!

My husband and I just spent 3 days in Sten-Viktor's beautiful apartment! Very clean, tidy, and above all cozy house! We had everything we needed as described, as well as a great variety of food, snacks, milk, fruit juices, etc at our disposal. Sten-Viktor is a great host, he came to pick us up when we arrived at the airport despite the flight being delayed and he also took us back! As soon as he arrived, before taking us home and showing us his place, he gave us a tour showing us the highlights of Tromsø and giving us valuable tips! On the last day, he also allowed us to spend a few more hours in the apartment after check-out time. The area is beautiful, with a breathtaking view and a few meters away is the bus stop 42, which takes you downtown in 10-15 minutes, as well as several nearby supermarkets. Sabrina goes above and beyond for her guests, and truly made our stay one to remember! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and quick to share her insights to help us make the most of our short stay. We especially loved the wonderful breakfasts she prepared and attention to detail in accommodations! I had wanted to see a Finnish squirrel since arriving in Finland, and as we pulled in there was one eating at her feeder ☺️ lovely getaway in a fascinating part of Finland.

We had the best countryside stay at Ari's... We booked Snowmobiling, nature trek and frozen waterfalls hiking trips with them and it was the best experience of our lives. It was an extremely personalized service and added 7 stars to our whole stay.

We very much enjoyed coming to Auktsjaur Country House after visiting the Jokkmokk Market. The house was easy to find thanks to Per's great instructions ✨ The served breakfast was delicious and had a lot variety to choose from 👍🏻 10/10 recommend

We had an amazing stay at Sampo and Yann’s place. Their home is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by stunning nature. Yann’s breakfasts were delicious every day, and their sauna experience is a must-try. They gave us great recommendations for exploring the area, helped arrange a local guided tour, and even notified us when the Northern Lights appeared—we loved every moment! I highly recommend staying here.

Very cute B&B with direct river view. The cottage style rooms are cozy and breakfast was prepared especially for us on request- although we were the only guests at the time. The hostess was also extremely friendly, we had a quick conversation after breakfast. Unfortunately, there are few restaurants in the area (next to burger shops).

Tove and Walter are really nice and approachable. Check-in was smooth and everything was explained upon my arrival. The room and the living room are cozy and comfortable. They prepare light breakfast on my first day. I would definitely recomment their place.
