Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Northern Rivers

This magical little hideaway is a must for all nature lovers! Joshua is the perfect host, checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and very responsive to any questions. Great place to reconnect to self and unwind! We left feeling recharged and relaxed. Absolutely beautiful stay!!

A group of 6 of us stayed for 2 nights for a ladies weekend. It was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable and clean. It was a really hot weekend, but the house was lovely and cool. We spent a lot of time in the garden just talking. We walked down to wander the shops which were lovely. We had two delicious meals out as well. On the second day we opted to go out for lunch instead of dinner so that we could just settle in and stay and enjoy the beautiful garden into the evening with our drins and nibbles. Merrillee welcome to us when we arrived and provided home-made jams and butter to go with some croissant's that she left us. She also picked some fresh mulberries for us on our arrival. Made us feel so comfortable and was really thoughtful in leaving us to enjoy our weekend.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. Such a beautiful home in a wonderful part of the world. There was a minor issue at check in, but it was resolved super quickly and without inconvenience. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

4 friends, 5 nights. A stunning, clean and peaceful retreat 10 minutes drive from eclectic Bellingen. Ali is a friendly, responsive host, happy to share her local knowledge. A great find, will absolutely;lately stay again!!

Lovely house perfect for three adult couples, one with 3 month old baby. Lizzy was very responsive with any questions. The property is immaculately presented. Supermarkets close by. Would happily stay again.

We loved our stay, it was such a beautiful design and the privacy and surrounds were perfect for a relax. So easy to pop over the Bellingen or the coast. We will come back

We loved our stay in beautiful Bellingen. Shelley's place was great for our large, multigenerational group. Our dogs loved the freedom of running around the property, and joining us on the lovely walk down to river. We'd love to return another time.

We really enjoyed our stay in Clunes! The house is set in a beautiful, peaceful location, surrounded by lush gardens that made us feel instantly relaxed. The open-plan living area is a great space for gathering, with a lovely fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the pool! We spent a lot of time relaxing by the water and enjoying the tropical surroundings. The cabana and fire pit were also perfect for evening hangouts. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the master suite was a real treat, with a beautiful ensuite and private veranda. We also appreciated the quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Everything is as beautiful, if not more, as described in the airbnb description. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet getaway, but still want to be close to places like Bangalow and Byron Bay. We found it to be a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We'd definitely recommend it!

Staying at Jo's retreat was the most peaceful, relaxing, beautiful stay. Tucked away in the rainforest, we could see and hear only rainforest in all directions. The garden and pond was full of butterflies, lizards and ducks, along with a visit from the chickens. We soaked in the calming atmosphere, laying on the sun lounger reading books and taking a lovely stroll to the waterfall at the top of the garden. The cottage is fully equipped so we could easily cook all our own meals. Jo also provided some lovely bread, milk, eggs and mushrooms, as well as plenty of pantry supplies, which was a lovely touch. It is a very short drive to cafes or walks/hikes. Jo was very helpful and accommodating when checking us in at the beginning of our stay, and very communicative leading up to our booking. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want a stress-free, relaxing getaway!

Excellent pet friendly accommodation. Warm and inviting space with very comfortable beds. Great place to stay while exploring the area.

This is a fantastic studio with an incredible blend of retro and industrial touches. It also boasts a full sized kitchen except for the mini fridge. It also has a great selection of DVDs to pick from that we couldnt help but to contribute to, to help fill out the collection even more. The studio is 5 minute walk from the main street so its a quiet location while remaining close to the centre of town. Quite possibly the perfect location for staying in Bellingen. Highly recommend

A beautiful welcoming home set in a private garden. Holly was very welcoming and accommodating with our requests. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Anne and Clive’s place was so peaceful and relaxing. We hit the beach every morning for a swim and a fish. Checked out Urunga, which had some lovely places to eat. We had an amazing lunch at the Wharf - just beautiful food, service, atmosphere and surroundings. We fished the river, walked the boardwalk and had a wander. So relaxing. The next day was fish and chips beside the river with a glass of red - what else do you need 😂 Then back to the beach and bed at Clive and Anne’s. It was so relaxing, clean and comfortable- thank you 🙏

Perfect stay for our little family. Close to heaps of amenities like shops, restaurants and attractions. Supermarket is in the same complex, which is amazing for last minute food decisions for a young family.

Sue’s place was everything you can hope for a peaceful gateway. The location and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and Sue was very accommodating.

WE loved connecting back with nature whilst staying at Orchard Hyett. Loved that there was no TV so it was peaceful and read books. We enjoyed star gazing at night around the fire pit and soaking in the spa, after a big hike up The Pyramid Rock, in Girraween National Park. Lovely linen and bathroom lotions and liked the Scandinavian cabin design inside.

Kevin and Robbie we're very kind and generous hosts. Their cabin was beautiful and cosy, with everything you would need. We were unlucky with the weather, and on the last night Bellingen and glenifer had a fairly large power outage for a couple of hours. Kevin very generously brought over a plate full of food for us, including a couple of slices of homemade banana bread and muffins so that we were able to eat something for dinner :) He also made sure to let us know about flooding in Bellingen, and alternative routes to take if the bridge went under, which was very helpful and kind. it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend Kevin and Robbie's place :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Acute Abode. It exceeded our expectations, truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It looks exactly like the photos (if not better) and the property is incredibly peaceful and quiet.
