Spacious 3-story Spanish home in The Heights!

My place is close to public transport, the city center and parks. It is good for couples, business travelers, families. All 3 bedrooms have new bedding, towels and are equipped with flat panel TVs: AppleTV, Sling TV (cable), HBO Max and Netflix. In addition, all bathrooms have travel soaps, shampoos, conditioners and lotions. My goal is to make this the best stay possible and I appreciate your comments and suggestions. ‼️ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/ GROUPS. ONLY THOSE LISTED IN THE BOOKING MAY STAY‼️

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

Charming 3 Br apartment with lots of space and light located on the second floor of a 1920 duplex. Very quite and nice area close to the Buffalo Bayou and at walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants. All needed amenities. Max capacity for sleeping for seven people at any given night.
