Beachfront holiday rentals in Nosara

Awesome location with no people. Very isolated which was awesome. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom and living area. We have already booked our return trip. It is an Eden experience. Love the place and will be back soon.

I seriously can't say enough good things about The House of Waves, this place was magical! My partner and I were a little nervous about how "rustic" the van + outdoor living space looked at first, but this ended up being our favorite stay in all of Costa Rica. The connection to nature felt so unique to this airbnb - cooking breakfast with our feet in the sand, showering outside everyday, hearing the ocean while we slept. It truly connected us to the spirit of Costa Rica and took all of our favorite things about camping and added air conditioning, fresh coconut water, and high quality sheets :) The property is peaceful, quiet, serene with great common spaces like hammocks, yoga decks, and an air conditioned "shala" we used for workouts. I can not express enough gratitude for the host, Kike. His passion and love for the space was felt from the moment we met him and it was such a joy connecting with him. He made our experience over-the-top incredible. Thank you Kike, we will be back! <3

Lauren's place is a true slice of paradise! It's perfectly sized for a couple in a nice secluded area tucked behind one of the most desolate, beautiful beaches we'd ever seen with our own private walkway to get there. The yard is huge and gorgeous! You can hear the ocean waves from the yard making it a super peaceful retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to cook meals and even make fresh batidos every day! Junquillal is a beautiful beach and is a 45 minute drive (or less) to Tamarindo, but a significantly quieter area if that's what you're looking for. We'd highly recommend the place and would love to stay again!!

What a beautiful spot! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Costa Rica trip and what a beautiful way to end it. The house is great. The AC in the rooms cooled it off nicely and the pool was perfect. We loved how accessible everything was from this place including the beach and restaurants. Samara is a beautiful little laid back town and this place fits right in. The host was so sweet and very responsive with any questions we had. Easy 5 star and would recommend CasaBea’s to everyone! We had a fantastic time. This was our second trip to Nosara and this property was just fantastic. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the host was amazingly responsive. We are actually already looking at booking for next year. This is indeed a top rated property.

Excellent. We had a lovely stay at Hans's, who is with Daniela very responsive and always offers to help. The house is as in the photos, a beach house ON the beach of Sámara, so ideally located, with a convenience store opposite, LA Poissonnerie de Sámara has a housewatch and a beach restaurant 50m away. And the sound of the waves to fall asleep, we'll be back for sure. Thanks a thousand times Hans & Daniela!

One of the best experiences I've had with air b&b! Michael ensured everything went smoothly while we were there. He was flexible with checking in and provided clear instructions with finding the place, parking, and security. It was in a safe area with a lot of walkable restaurants and shops, as well as a semi private beach entrance. Below the air b&b was a restaurant - the food AND the staff were amazing! It was truly a gem and I am so grateful to have stayed here! 10/10 recommend!

We stayed at Antonella’s place for 7 weeks. It’s a central location, on a relatively busy street, steps away from the beach, restaurants, groceries… Couldn’t be better located for us as we typically do not want to be bothered with driving. The locked gate made my partner feel safe and kept onlookers or passerby’s away. Well appointed kitchen. All appliances work well. The AC unit is recent and can withstand the extreme heat. The main bed is comfy. The smaller beds we used as sofas and they were fine. Nice and friendly cleaning staff. We did hand laundry most days but there’s a convenient laundry service about a minute away. We also traveled with our small dog and she enjoyed the place as much as we do. We hope to be able to book this location again some day.

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in and definitely a highlight of our trip! You will have a perfect start into your day with a fantastic morning yoga session, followed by breakfast that you will enjoy on your balcony. The apartment is well-located, within walking distance to everything. Federica and Roberto are warm, welcoming people who support you with everything and are very responsive. The apartment is lovingly decorated and has everything you could possibly need. You feel right at home and I would definitely come back!

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at The Logan during our time in Samara, what a gem of a property! We rented all four units for our crew of 8 and the accommodations were perfect, giving everyone privacy and their own kitchens//bathrooms with the common area outside where we could hang by the pool and enjoy some drinks/music during downtime. Being at the top of the main drag was a great location. We could easily walk everywhere in town and had the grocery stores & numerous restaurants very close for when we needed anything. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and it was quick to run back to the place if we needed to during the day. Jamie was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions and she had great recommendations on restaurants. Our time in Samara was incredible and our choice on the Logan was a key part of the experience.

Absolutely incredible. It’s hard to describe how perfect this home is and was for our family. We stayed with my baby, toddler, and 70 year old mom and the home and location were ideal for all the different needs. Doug and Elisabeth put so much love and thought into this home and it shows. We had the comforts needed, and felt private and secure. They had fabulous recommendations, and even told us about a turtle arribada that was happening when we visited and helped us find a guide to go see it! They’re responsive and helpful, unlike any other experience we’ve had. We are hoping to come back next year. It was a wonderful family vacation.

Tabata is a great host. She was very responsive. The house was great. Very comfortable beds. We loved the pool and hanging, pool-side bed and hammocks. The house was great for us but the driveway is quite rough (need a high-clearance car) and the walk to the beach and restaurants is considerable, especially for anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again!

We love Nalu and have stayed several times over the past few years. We’ve stayed other places in Nosara; however, Nalu is our favorite. The peaceful, secure, super comfy space plus a few minutes walk to the beach is perfection for us.

This place is awesome! Nice little deck with chairs for chilling out, good kitchen - easy to use & well-supplied. Good towels, comfy beds and the AC cools the room down super quickly. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS property with a safe and easy walk through the jungle to Guiones Beach and great surfing. Ten out of ten !!

The host of this place is a super host he can certainly be your tour guide with all the cool recommendations. I was impressed how quickly he responded to all my questions and more. He went out of his way to be extra helpful for us. we learned so much about ourselves and nature with the little time we had at this tiny home. We had an amazing experience getting intimate with the ocean and jungle with the safety that the tiny home provided. we certainly recommend this experience.

We are still on cloud nine after an absolutely SUBLIME stay at Casa Alegre! Chiara was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay, and the house and surroundings were exactly as magical as described. We chose to rent a car at the airport as we planned to do a lot of exploration during our stay, and getting around was not a problem at all as long as you plan for slower traffic pretty much everywhere. If we ever plan another trip to this part of Costa Rica, we would stay here again without a second thought.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Absolutely Paradise! We couldn’t have been more impressed. Heather and her team were super easy to communicate with, and everyone at the resort is top-notch! We can’t wait to return. Pura Vida!

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

This is a great spot on the beach. The house is perfect for a beach vacation. Jose is very helpful and communicative. I’ll be back!
