Modern apartment in a beautiful building. Very clean, welcoming, with a fabulous shower as pressure and space. Nice spacious room, equipped terrace with laundry. Last gem, but definitely important, is the reserved parking space inside the courtyard. Bruno was a great host who was helpful and responsive. This place deserves a longer stay because it's really enjoyable.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Francesca was immediately responsive from the minute we arrived. She went out of her way to assist us in finding parking in the area which was pretty busy due to some kind of special school event all weekend. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect - tons of shopping and restaurants just minutes from the door. The area was walkable and clean and I felt very safe even late. night.

The apartment was attractive, clean and very centrally located. Daniela was a very responsive and proactive host. She helped us book a bus trip and gave us many recommendations regarding activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay in Federicas apartment. Big rooms and very comfy beds. Good location in Pescara too. Federica was a very helpful and attentive host.

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .
