the villa is located in Marzamemi 100 meters from the sea between San Lorenzo and the blue island. You can enjoy a crystal clear sea. At the entrance it has a large living room with kitchenette, TV and equipped kitchen air conditioner, two bedrooms with large bed, a bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom with shower. Laundry , toilet ,shower , washing machine. Veranda with sea view, table and benches for lunch. Garden m.300 with car seat. Very close to art culture.

Casa Bonita

La casa è stata TOTALMENTE ristrutturata. Cucina, bagni, veranda. Tutto nuovo. Passando dal vialetto privato si giunge al mare che dista 100 m. Una spiaggia Stupenda, mai affollata. Una veranda con il pergolato dove fare colazione , pranzare o utilizzare il barbecue. Le camere sono dolci ed accoglienti dotate di condizionatore. Grande terrazzo abitabile. La casa ha il wifi. La zona permette di svolgere molte attività sportive come il windsurf ed il kitesurf. Il mare è bellissimo.

The residence has indipendent access and a large veranda, 2 deckchairs. It is perfect for two adults but it is possible to host a camp bed. It is possible to rent bikes and SUP. It's a very relaxing place with a mediterranean charm at only 1 minute walk from the Sea.
