Spacious clean ground floor flat. Very nice area to sit outside. Host very responsive to a problem with the hot water, which was fixed within the hour. Walkable to the river and on the bus route into Nottingham. Very satisfactory stay.

We stayed for a two week stay at this lovely studio apartment, spotlessly clean with plenty of fresh linen, well stocked kitchenette and comfortable soft furnishings, all situated right in the heart of Arnold in Nottingham, with all its lovely shops and cafés. Parking on site and close proximity to buses into Nottingham. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

It was one of the best accoms. we cud ask for. We genuinely had no difficulties with the place. It had more than enough amenities. We felt like we were at home and more. The host was also extremely communicative with an instant response time. The location is extremely central with many options for food and grocery nearby. We thought there would be a lot of noise but to our surprise we couldn’t hear anything. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit.

We had a fantastic stay at James place. It was in a perfect location. Close and walkable to the train station and in the centre near lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was lovely! Very clean kitchen and bathroom and had everything we needed. 2 lovely bedrooms and a sofa bed if required. Well equipped kitchen. We dealt with Kieran the co-host who met us for check in and showed us around. Kieran was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions straight away. The apartment was easy to find and get into. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit. Thanks so much James and Kieran. No complaints at all. 🌟🌟🌟

We are UoN students who needed a place to stay for a few weeks at the start of August as we wrote some coursework. This place allowed us a private place to stay near campus at a cheap price. It is convenient. Would recommend to others in a similar place. Thanks y'all!

Lovely place to stay, as described in the listing. Easy access but access was a bit tight for a larger car, but ok once in the courtyard. A bonus was the 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which added some additional privacy to the stay even though we were with friends. Good communication from the host, with clear instructions and the option (at extra cost) for early check in and later check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

We spent a lovely 3 nights here with our 2 children (8 & 4) and our dog. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy & the whole place had a really homely feel to it. The hot tub was great, we also booked the pool on 2 of the days which was really easy and the kids loved having it to ourselves. We used the games room which had some really good equipment in it. The location was a few mins drive into Bakewell. Overall a great family friendly place to stay which we all loved and would happily stay at again.
