Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nova Santa Rita

Very good place, exactly what was described in the super cozy announcement, the host answered us very quickly when any questions arose during the stay. Next trip to Novo Hamburgo for sure we will look for this apartment.

We rented the apartment for an advertising photo session. The atmosphere is beautiful, well lit and nicely decorated. Pedro received us super well, with all possible care, making our work super pleasant and functional. The experience was great.

The accommodation is as described in the listing, the location is good and the host is always available. When I return, this accommodation will be considered among my favorites.

The building is very nice with loads of ameneties such as gym, swiming pool and coworking space. The studio is small but confortable for 2 people max. I was one guest only. For two people it would need more utensils in the kitchen. very nice anyways.

The place is amazing, very nice, quiet and the barbecue area is simply spectacular. I really liked the area. We would return to this wonderful place without thinking!

We prioritized a property with 3 suites, as we were 2 couples and 1 person. A charm! Hosts were genuinely sympathetic in making sure we were comfortable and that we had everything running in the suite (they even saved our clothes on the clothesline by taking him to a covered spot when it started raining out of nowhere). The view is beautiful. We'll be back!
