Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Novalja

Josipa’s place was excellent, very well equipped, lots of space, great welcoming host, great for the National Park, great value, highly recommended!

Nice home, close to the beach

Upon our arrival we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and delicious fruit from our own orchard. The jacuzzi was ready to relax right away. It's lovely to stay for those looking for a quiet cottage. Nearby is a nice pizzeria. On clear weather, you'll be treated to a beautiful starry sky. If you have any questions, the host is always available.

The communication was very nice. Iva is available for any necessary information. Thank you so much for all the attention to detail during our stay. The good weather wasn't always there, but the kids had plenty to do in the space. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Andrej was always available and helpful. The beach is 5 minutes away on foot. The house looked as described and was very clean.

The house was amazing, like shown on the pictures. Everything was clean at our arrival and the host was reachable. The beach was easy reachable by foot. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna worked really well. We enjoyed our stay

Our stay at Goran and Nikolina's was great. The place absolutely met our expectations, was very modern and absolutely clean. The garden with hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the two was totally straightforward, they were very helpful and always available. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back! Wow, wow, wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Holiday Home Diana. Although it was April, the weather was beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The house was spacious, full of everything you could need when away from home and spotlessly clean. We arrived late but entering was straight forward and complimentary drinks were waiting in the fridge. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing few days away from everything and everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Drazen and his parents - whether it was recommendations for places to visit or to eat, meeting the resident turtles or asking to source items (suncream!) from nearby. We even ventured out on the bikes, which was an experience! We highly recommend this villa to anyone and are looking forward to bringing our own children and parents soon!

Overall, it was a great and beautiful place, would go again myself.

Flexible check in and amazing rooms.

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

We had a great family stay in this house that meets all our needs: a secluded and very comfortable house for a family vacation. Tomi was very available and immediately directed us to the beautiful locations to see in the area.

We waited for perfect accommodation, but in reality it was much better. The owners were really nice, communication without any problems. The hard time was leaving this beautiful place. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful place and wonderful villa, descent to the beach next to the cottage. Nice and very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, and pool are wonderful. Great communication with the owner and her mom. Highly recommend :)

We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.
