cosy well-equipped village home facing a garden with a large variety of plants, where a well and a garden bench engraved with antique tiles are prominent features. Walking/cycling to the lake or contemplating the starlight skies at night are exhilarating experiences. Ideal for long-term stays for anybody wanting a quiet place to work. Good wi-fi. I live with 2 cats in the studio with the entrance door via the garden which I look after but leave to private use of guests. Other pets are welcome.

Located in the heart of the city, it is just a few minutes walk to the most iconic monuments and spaces such as the Church of St. Francis, the Chapel of the Bones, the Giraldo Square, the Temple of Diana and the Sé. We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a detached house on a 1000 m. plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an outdoor staircase that gives access to your home and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent plants

Our little stone cottage lies on a stream and has views of the beautiful hills and meadows full of olive and cork trees. In the garden you will find some fruit trees, herbs and flowers.
