Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

The 4th bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and doubles as a business center with bluetooth scanner/printer and a wide-screen monitor. 4 TV's. A sleeper chair and electric fireplace console have been added to living room space. Basement has futon, bar area, pool table, and laundry room. Large, fenced-in backyard complete with fire pit, 6 seater umbrella table, and grill. Close to shopping, dining, fun and expressways!

Welcome to modern living in Royal Oak! Our 4 bed/2.5 bath home is ideal for group or family trips. Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. Close to the Skiing, Lakes, Beach, Nightlife, Restaurants and Dining. The place is a private 2nd story space on what is left of the largest farm on the west side of Brighton. The place is private. My place is great for Skiers/Boarders, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. U of M care center.

Luxury Home - Indoor Pool - Fabulous Location

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.
