Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Novi Sad

Amazing hosts that were so helpful with everything. They drove us to the train station and bought fans for the rooms as it was unusually hot in Novi Sad. The apartment is in the perfect location for Exit Festival. Would recommend!

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

Upstairs is a perfect spot for meditation! We were a bit sad that there were no cooking utensils but we got help with our laundry, so overall we had a splendid time at Dule's duplex.

Vesna is a very pleasant person. Communication with her was easy as well as check-in. The location is central (just opposite the pedestrian zone) and what I appreciated very much was a garage. The apartment was spotlessly clean. I can undoubtedly recommend Vesna's apartment.

Everything was great, apartment is clean and close to the city center. Host was very polite. We will definitely return to this apartment next time we visit Novi Sad.

Lovely home in Novi Sad with great pool and outdoor area. Ljiljana was very welcoming and helpful! Good place to stay for Exit Festival as it is only a 35 min walk from the fortress or a 5 min taxi. We'd definitely stay again!

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood, you are very fast in town but also really close to the national park. Jelena was a super friendly host and she and her son made sure we've got everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

A very unique house, built from two authentic train cars, beautiful architecture, lots of space and had everything that you could possibly need when it comes to amenities. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet, the view of the Danube and Novi Sad is amazing and the neighbours are friendly. However, it is a bit difficult to get to the city as it is pretty far without a car, there is no close public transport and sometimes it's hard to find a taxi if you don't know Serbian. Also, the host is very friendly and flexible, we could arrive and leave whenever we wanted, his English was not the best but we had no trouble communicating and he was very helpful and answered all our questions in quite short time. Would totally recommend and come again!

The perfect place to stay - everything was nice and clean and as promised in the photos. Marko was a great host, always reachable if we needed anything. The place is very clean and pleasant, and the location is perfect for the Exit festival. Would definitely stay here again when we come to Novi Sad!

The place was great! Clean when we got there and simple apartment. The area is quiet and not much people around. Novi Sad is great place in general and i was happy to see it and enjoy it!
