Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

Great spot for a group of four for a week. Plenty of room with fun outdoor space. Appreciate having our pets welcomed. Very well stocked with lots of niceties. Would definitely return.

Awesome place to stay!! The house was clean and clutter free. Perfect for our large group. The location is great for a stroll to the beach or short car ride. The bikes were a big plus! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely return to this beauty for another stay. Sandra is very responsive and kind.

Great location and the catch and release pond in the back was very fun. House was very clean and well decorated. We had a great stay.

We LOVED Janis’s place! It was about a nine min walk to the beach- and right at a place on the beach where cars can only park on the back part of it, so it felt really safe for the kids. It’s also right near a life guard stand. The place had everything, really more than everything, we needed. The pool was so fun, there was an adorable playground in the backyard, my kids had the best time! We can wait to come back!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Studio was clean and cozy with everything you could need to include a spice rack, beach gear, washer/dryer, USB cords, TV, etc. We enjoy saltwater fishing and this location was perfectly located to several top fishing spots in Padre Island. Studio was well maintained, furnished, and is highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in this area of Padre Island! I would absolutely book this location again!

Weather was great… location was great… Nice little place close to some restaurants and the beach! Fishing from the dock was nice!

Erinn is very friendly and communicates well. We reserved the upstairs house. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. I lol forward to booking with Erinn in the future.

Gilbert is a great host! He provided a pleasant stay that met every expectation. I would definitely stay at one of Gilbert's properties again. Seamless check-in and no issues during stay.

This place was in the perfect location and was easy to access upon arrival. The patio was also great for hanging out and watching fireworks on the 4th of July. The host was very proactive towards preparation for Hurricane Beryl that came to Port A during our stay. Access to the beach was within 3 min driving. We will be staying here again for sure!!

Great location, close to the beach yet not too far from town like spots a little further on the island. Cool building and neighbors were friendly. We had the dock to ourselves both nights and caught a few sand trout. It was nice to walk around and there was plenty of grassy areas to walk my dog, including dog waste bags and trash cans. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable and AC worked great. Water pressure was good! Would stay here again. Very peaceful and charming! Loved the sun room.

Great cozy place close to the beach. We walked to the beach to watch the sunset and at night to enjoy the peacefulness. The condo had everything we needed and May, the host was super responsive. Nice pool, hot tub and close to local dining.

It was a quick getaway for my family. It was easy to get to and the instructions provided were straightforward and helpful. Quiet and peaceful stay and area. Close to the beach as described and easy access. Pool and hot tub were heated and clean. Overall a good experience, we would rent again. Thank you.

The place was immaculate. Everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It’s very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and had lots of fun riding the full length of the beach looking for shells, picnicing, just having fun for a couple of 70+ year olds. 😃 Also, a big plus is the delicious pizza place, Padre Pizzeria, and the tasty hamburger place, Padre Island Burger Company. We rented our golf cart from a real friendly lady at the Salty Dolphin, just down the street from this condo.

I really enjoyed staying this property. David is super kindly and fast response. I will re- visit this property in summer time again. Thank you David.

Evans place is just as described. Evan worked with us getting an earlier check in time.The place was spotless upon checking in. Checking in with the lockbox by the door was extremely simple. One of the rooms doesnt have a lock which wasnt a problem at all; my guests and I respect each others privacy. The ceiling fan closest to the front door we could not figure how to turn on but it wasnt an issue. The only issue we ran into was the trash can outside designated to us was full upon arrival but that was not Evan's fault. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Whitecap Beach, it was a very short drive to there. All in all, the condo was clean and like pictured and we would gladly stay again!

This place was clean, beautifully decorated with coastal decor, and well stocked with anything you might need. The hot tub, pool area, and fitness room was nice too. An easy walk to the beach, or you can drive. Suzanne was quickly responsive to any of our texts. Nice place!

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at Bobby's place and would do it again. There was plenty of space for my wife and I and our son. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the dedicated, covered, and conveniently located parking spot, the hot tub, and the boat slip (although we didn't use it). The inside was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Even during this time of year, we used the AC, and it worked perfectly for a comfortable night's sleep. We enjoyed making meals in the fully stocked kitchen, dining and playing games at the table, and binge-watching our show at night. The place is conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do. It was never more than a 30-minute drive and often less. We ranged out into Corpus and over to Port Aransas. The weather was just beautiful this time of year. T-shirt and shorts weather, sunny, warm and pleasant.
