Tuesday, 22 Apr 2025 Stay from 18 to 21 April (depart 21 April) The cottage was absolutely delightful with regards to furnishings, kitchen utensils in abundance, appliances, TWO jet masters, most comfortable bed in main bedroom (however, we personally, are not fans of dark brown bedlinen) and a most welcome sun lounge. The fluffy newish clean towels were also greatly appreciated – we didn’t have to use the ones we brought. At the price we thought it excellent value for money Fortunately we had ZESA (electricity, for non-Zimbabweans) most of the time, but the cottage is well kitted out with emergency lamps, all over thecottage. Edwell helped us locate the cottage initially and very ably restoked both Jetmasters every day. I have three (I hope constructive) suggestions as follows: 1. Does the cottage have a name? Is it properly advertised as such in the Airbnb listing. If not, it should clearly have a name, and furthermore be clearly signposted at the Staffin Rd. junction with the main

Buffalo Ridge was outstanding. It has everything, stunning scenery, exceptional staff. A highlight was the river walk with Sekuru and learning about the local area. The breakfast and baking was excellent. Our stay was too short! Thank you Buffalo Ridge for a great experience

The place was serene,very friendly host.The furniture pieces stood out for me,carefully selected ;classy and a homely finish.We really enjoyed our stay.The fire place was an icing to the cake and made the cold evenings enjoyable.Cecilia is an amazing human,may God grant her all her hearts desires. She really took care of us and not to mention the hearty meals she made for us.She is so down to earth and very cheerful. I would recommend Ruby Lodge over and over again.

We had an enjoyable family holiday at Lillian's place. The house was well accommodated with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The house was peaceful and just what we needed. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, and he was able to answer our questions about the area. The cottage had everything we needed, a great place to stay.

Beautiful and serene home. Lovely housekeeping and chef who were so efficient in their work . Kept the house warm and the gysers well heated. We had a pleasant stay. Good for long weekend get away to refresh and reboot. I would advise to use a vehicle with good offroad clearance for the short stretch from the high way to the house.
