beautiful and safe house all round near a very clean and private beach .will definitely be back .my family had an awesome time .

Naomi was consistently very responsive to questions and concerns. We loved the house—nice layout, comfy bed/pillows, great bathroom with tub set up for enjoying a book (and also a good separate shower), kitchen that allowed us to cook with a generous selection of spices. Convenient to ferry and rest of Bruny. 3 days flew by.

The living and sleeping spaces have been impeccably decorated - even better than the listing photos, we were blown away when we walked in the door. The view from the hammock on the deck out to the water peeping through the trees was a delight. The black-out blinds are truly the most effective ones we’ve ever come across. This was a last minute one night trip for us and we’ll def be back for more! A very relaxing stay.

We were absolutely blown away by the skill and craftsmanship that was put into building this cottage. This, and the views have to be seen to be believed. Views were breathtaking. Walks and local eateries great. Beautiful soft towels and bed. Loved the sensor lights. So kind to leave breakfast and many other specialties. Lovely balcony. We found we just wanted to stay there a lot rather than venture out far; as it had everything we needed. Absolutely will recommend this place as well as beautiful Kettering.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

We were here for my wife’s birthday weekend. Michelle was so kind to bring a cute cake to celebrate her. It was such a beautiful gesture. The house is so peaceful and beautiful. It is surrounded with private land so many trees and chickens. We enjoyed morning walk sunrise and sunset. Lots and lots of board games in the house to keep your little one occupied. Over all we had amazing time at Banksia cottage.

Jian and his co-hosts were great hosts. Their check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and they even checked in with us to make sure our check in was smooth and our trip was going well. Highly recommend ! The property was great.
