Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Obwalden

We had a super great time staying at Karin's place and were warmly welcomed by her father, who even helped us with our luggage and drove it to the house with the snow open. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and cozy with the oven that can be heated. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We hope to be able to use Karin's place again another time.

We had a fantastic stay in the chalet. The chalet itself is beautiful and clearly built and furnished with a great deal of skill and care. It’s located on a beautiful hillside with views of the surrounding mountains and surrounded by green pastures. Our closest neighbors were the local cows. The location works best with a car and is within easy driving distance to hikes and sites in the Interlaken region. It’s possible to get there by public transport through a bus from Brienz but it didn’t seem to be very frequent (about once an hour). We were there in September which was a good time to visit. The chalet is heated by wood fire and was a bit cold the first night (we arrived late and the fire wasn’t on for long before we went to bed) but very comfortable the rest of the stay - there was plenty of wood and it kept the heat in well). The weather outside was great for hikes and exploring. It was clearly off-season and some restaurants were closed (eg in Axalp) so good to plan ahead.

Great place to stay for our summer break. Beautiful and tranquil surroundings with awesome view. Paul is responsive regardless of the time I texted him. We had such a memorable experience in Interlaken area.

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

The Chutzli is a super cozy, small chalet in a magnificent location on the Axalp. The direct view of the mountains and Lake Brienzer is breathtaking. Within a 2-minute walk you are directly on the ski slope. The tranquility at night is not comparable. The landlords are very courteous, reliable and mindful of the well-being of their guests. The chalet is lovingly decorated, well equipped and already partially renovated. For us as a family with 2 children, the Chutzli was ideal. We felt very comfortable and fully cared for. The winter vacation on the Axalp was fantastically beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay amongst two families while nothing was missing ! There was comfort , space and a toy for every age of all our children . The host was extremely flexible and kind ! The two floors were excellent!! The ski lift in walkable distance was a Vance changer too! We will be back !

Extraordinary home exuding both authenticity and modernity. It offered much more space than my wife and I needed, but we relished its total peace and privacy entirely on our own far above Grindelwald with absolutely stunning views. Photos hardly do this magnificent home justice. Amazing hikes just outside the door surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility...a home we didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing stay here. It is located far from the city. You definitely need a car to reach the airbnb. The view of mountains and sunset and sunrise is immaculate. There’s also a lot of activities to do at the top of the Mostelberg. We would love to be here again. Sonja and Marcel are reaaaally friendly and kind. We were welcomed with heartwarming presences.❤️

What a beautiful place with an impressive view of the Eiger North Face and the surrounding mountains of Grindelwald. This gem is built with pure passion, showcasing incredible attention to detail and a professionally designed interior. Kenzie is a wonderful host—always responsive and providing clear instructions. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and instantly fell in love with this place. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! We had magical evenings by the fire with a glass of wine, making our stay truly unforgettable.

It’s a very unique experience to stay in this lovely chalet! 100% unbeatable views! We stayed during the Christmas time and encountered heavy snow fall, so the cable car ride wasn’t very smooth. But Marylène gave us warning in advance and also stayed in touch the whole time! Thankfully everything went well eventually and we were all stunned by the view!

Beautiful and tranquil place, just like how it is portrayed in the pictures. Fully equipped, accessible, and well located beside Ski slope. The scenery is also amazing and the host is very friendly. One of our best stay; Wish we could stay longer.

You have already made the brilliant decision to visit Andermatt now you are booking the sweetest most spacious apartment. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, spotless with 2 full baths and a great kitchen! Check in was so simple, the garage is perfect for when it snows- you are not scrapping anything off! The location is amazing - close to rentals, great restaurants and bars, beautiful walks through town and you are a stones throw from Gemstock slopes which are some of the best expert trails! Easy access to family friendly slopes at Andermatt too. The outdoor deck would be perfect for spring summer and fall! Honestly this apartment is perfection!

Fantastic place and very nice, pure, helpful people. We felt very much at home in the chalet and phenomenal surroundings and found it very difficult to leave. We thought it was a very special place!

Anita she has pashion and patience to do this works. she recommended many valuable activities and restaurant. We felt she is our big friendly sister not much distance. The house has awesome snow mountain view, quite around & comfortable bed. Nice experience! in Grindelwald

The environment outside the accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. You can see snow-capped mountains 🏔️ and stars 💫 from the residence. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings 🧂 and utensils🍴.

We had a very nice stay. Particularly liked the location, where you could ski to the terminal in good snow conditions and also had direct access to the house during the descent. For a family with two children, the apartment is perfectly and comfortably furnished. Gladly come back.

Worth every penny. Very centralize. The apartment got everything you need. Parking just 100 meter or less. You can directly shop at coop for groceries after you park as the parking just below it. Daniela very responsive and guide me very well for check in. Definitely will return back

We feel so fortunate to have found Alice's place! She was a super host, and the location is easily the most amazing place we have every stayed. The best part was having a private back deck with a view that few can imagine. It was interesting that there were no screens on the windows, but there were very few insects too, so it didn't seem to matter. We would have liked to have actual top bed sheets instead of just the comforters, as we are very warm sleepers. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thanks, Alice!

Occupied the property 6. The train is a 2-minute walk and you can get to Grindelwald Terminal in about 10 minutes. The place itself was in impeccable condition and very clean and modern. Manuela was also super friendly and answered all request very quickly. We are already considering booking again.

We immediately felt at home with Claudia. Beautiful, large apartment with wonderful views of the mountains! The beautiful bathroom also invites you to the cozy end of a beautiful day.
