We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Our family of three has a great visit to Ocean City, Maryland using Elva’s place as a place to call home for a long weekend. The location was perfect. Blue Fish and Liquid Assets are our favorite OC restaurants and both were right across the street. Elva was very responsive and the directions she gave were easy to understand. The condo was in a great building with a pool, a dune entrance to the beach, and a small library with books and puzzles on the second floor. The condo itself was as pictured. Everything was clean and tidy. The deck gives you great views of the sunset and sunrise. We would happily stay at Elva’s condo again.

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony looking at the bay and wildlife, very relaxing. The welcome bag was a lovely touch.

Kara was super responsive even during the federal holiday for a non urgent question (about the location of gym/sauna). The place is beautiful and peaceful . The bedroom overlooks the ocean and it was by far the best part of our stay.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We already booked another trip back :) Dana's place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The balcony views were incredible, and we loved being truly right on the beach. I'm so grateful we chose to stay here. Dana was communicative and friendly. The lobby/security staff were helpful and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!!

This place had stunning views of the ocean and beach, absolutely gorgeous! Living room had 2 very comfortable couches that we enjoyed sitting in while watching the 65 inch tv. Master bedroom king bed was very comfy and overall space of unit was great. We did have some issues but Bryan was very responsive and we were satisfied with the resolution. We would recommend to our friends and family for an enjoyable visit to Ocean City at this lovely place!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s condo. The place is beautifully decorated, with all new appliances! The location was great, close to the beach, clubhouse, shops etc. Susan was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a trip to OC MD! We’re definitely hoping to rent this condo in the future!

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!

I stayed at Phillip’s for a long weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the time I had. The house was exactly as described. The beach/boardwalk is a short drive but honestly the house is perfectly located if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. I would absolutely stay here again.

We’re so excited and everything happy with comfortable to stayed in this house and location so nice , enjoyed good sleeping and relaxing time here, we’re so love staying here, We book 2 night but still not enough, we want stay more nights to enjoy but we have to return to work , everything say Thank You , Lynn ! So helpful and nice ! We thinking about next time come back again when we have time again , thanks !

Lovely property in a lovely community close to everything we needed. Only comment is that cars drive way too fast on ocean parkway- not sure how year round residents deal with that! But the space is just as described and a beautiful outdoor area.

We all enjoyed the house and felt very relaxed as soon as we walked in. I loved that the linens were all included and there were spares enough for us all. The house was well equipped as well with pans, dishes and the like, as well as coffee and spices. We were able to walk across the street to the terrific pool, another plus. The beach was a short drive, and we had the option of catching the community shuttle bus to Bethany. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

Our stay at this place was great. The location was perfect. The golf course is right there, so it was an easy walk. The beach is an easy drive (5 minutes), scooter, or walk away. In other words, you have all of the access of the beach but from a private neighborhood. It made for relaxing afternoons. We found ourselves having dinner and hanging out in the backyard on the screened deck often. The rest of the house was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the beach house theme. There was a ton of bed space. We didn’t even use all of them. Lastly, Amy was very easy to communicate with and I can’t recommend her enough as a host.

Marcelo's place was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. Hose was very clean and environment was very peaceful. A very beautiful house I must say and will definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to have such a beautiful place to stay. Will come back again to this house next year.

We absolutely loved this home. There were 6 adults but could definitely have been comfortable for many more. They provided so much more than I expected. Including dish soap, hand soap, laundry items, every cookware tool imaginable. We brought way too much anticipating we would need things. Things they already had. Beds were super comfy as was furniture. This is a quiet area which is what we were looking for. I think I counted 15 bikes! So there’s most likely one for you. There was an extra fridge in the garage which was perfect for beer and a case of water. John was very responsive. We’d love to stay here again!
