Holiday rentals with lake access in Ocean Grove

Kerrie is a fantastic host. Spacious house and fabulous outside area under cover and fans. Inside the house there is aircon and ceiling fans which worked extremely well ( it was 36 degrees) Only 20 minutes to Shoreham and less so for Mornington Thank you Kerrie for a great stay

Great family house extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with lots of equipment and clear instructions. Peaceful, private, comfortable. Walk to beachover a sand ridge or via flat streets in 5-10 minutes. Beachside walk to shops in 20-25 minutes. Great value.

Had the most amazing relaxed long weekend away during the long weekend in January. Even with four kids! 😉 Everything about the place is as described if not better. We all truly felt disconnected from the stresses of city life and loved the morning wake ups with the record player walking the house us at a nice slow pace , trips out throughout the day down the ocean road, leading to a glass of wine or two come the evening with the bbq and stars that were shinning bright every night. Highlights were the family of Roos that greeted us and the kids on arrival, relaxing in the hammocks and feeding the parrots 🦜 Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Great price and hopefully we will return before 2025 is out.

This pad is incredible. You could literally sit in any corner of this house and feel at peace, we enjoyed this spot so much, went out for dinner just down the road to The Dunes, unreal food, make sure you order the Lemon Misu for dessert, our great coffee find was The Jetty Kiosk over the bridge to Barwon Heads. All up, amazing place, Annie is also an absolute gem of a host, very quick to respond!

Loved our stay at Kim’s place. Clean and tidy. Dog friendly and park next door was great for my dog. Short drive to town and so many beaches, we visited different ones every day. The hot tub was really excellent as well to wind down at night. Kim was kind, responsive and pro active. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beach house. Julia and Marcus were proactive, responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear from the start. Property was as expected - roomy, comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to the front beach, surf club, Lon Spa and just across the road from the back beach. So lovely to be able to hear the waves every day and was in a lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable and all amenities mentioned were provided for. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again. Highly recommend, thank you Julia and Marcus!

Thanks for everything Cathy. Your house is fantastic! Perfect for our group to stay for the family wedding weekend. It had everything we needed, super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walks near the house. It was an easy drive to so many places…. Geelong, Bellarine, Port Arlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Queenscliff. The location was great for us!!

John was flexible with our earlier check in as we were travelling with a toddler and over 2 hours away from home. The house was so spacious and had a lovely outdoor area to entertain the little one. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group and they were comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and functioning well and a beautiful dining table with plenty of space. We only stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding down at the Bellarine winery. The house had so much space for everyone to get ready. Overall we all had a relaxing over night stay. I apologise for a bit of mess we made and didn’t realise until at the end that we didn’t take the rubbish out.

Beautiful, spacious, extremely well-equipped home. Amazing location, so close to the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cosy welcoming space that is super clean and well equiped with everything we needed. Still felt we had our privacy even though it’s just sectioned off from the main house. Meredith was very accomodating and very on top of her communication. Although the area is small it’s well designed and furnished that there was plenty of space for the two of us and our one year old daughter. Just to note there is no aircon and the weather was hot all weekend but we still felt cool despite the heat within the home. Ceiling fan in the bedroom was sufficient for us. Area is peaceful but not walking distance to shops and beaches but a very short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

This place is so unique , a little slice of heaven Such a Peaceful and picturesque place , perfect spot to get away from it all .. indoor pool was amazing ,, terry was amazing super helpful and always quick to respond absolutely loved everything about it

liana's place was like a beautiful tranquil escape for us to rest after a big event. the beautiful plants, comfortable atmosphere and sea air was such a treat. the best was definitely her beautiful pooch who frankly I wanted to adopt. She is a talented potter. so as a bonus I was able to purchase some beautiful handmade mugs to treasure as a memory. you can't go past this room for an affordable, beautiful tranquil escape to relax with good people and a loving cuddly doggo. thank you for having us!

Well situated and surprisingly quiet for a central location. We spent most of our time down at the beach but the house had everything we needed.

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

A beautiful little apartment, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Spotless with everything you need. Olivera was very helpful when we Locked our keycard inside! Quite a steep staircase to enter so worth noting. Also the windows are quite high so no view. We would definitely stay here again though. Very friendly hosts.

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

Great place. Love the dogs (particularly Violet), Colin the cat and the horses. Owner was nice. Shower pressure is fantastic. You could clean an elephant in there. No complaints.

Ee had a great time staying at this beautiful and well cared for property. There were plenty of clean towels, bedding and thoughtful snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, Jude & Bill made us feel very welcome. The cottage is lovely and the garden was just stunning it was truely a pleasure to stay there. Jude came by to make sure we were settled in and drop by a local map. We felt right at home. Thank you for having us

Wonderful facilities and very peaceful (we all slept like babies) and woke to enjoy your delicious eggs! You have a beautiful place. Such a shame that we were only there for one night. the Protea Cottage is amazing! clean, spacious and unique. The host was very responsive and was able to accommodate our requests. The airbnb itself is in Barabool Maze Estate so that’s a plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
