Excellent house in San Rafael 3 blocks from the sea!!

Excellent house in San Rafael neighborhood, large garden of 1600 m2, swimming pool of 8x4 meters, 3 blocks from the sea, excellent environment very safe and quiet area. Fully enclosed house, very intimate and sheltered for maximum privacy. It is a typical villa in the area with Roman tiles recycled and conditioned to enjoy a nice holiday. Please note that linens and towels are not included in your stay. Actual consumption of electricity and drinking water is charged separately.

Beachhouse right on one of the best Punta del Este beaches with wonderful views for a relaxed stay. Comfortable 4 bedroom house (3 in suite), 4 bathrooms. 2 livings, Direct sea view from upstairs living. swimmingool, just a footstep from the beach. In low season minimum stay 3 nights. House closed heated swimingpool and barbecue

Araza is a 120mt2 house divided into two floors. Its spaces are spacious, with natural light, modern decoration, large windows with views and access to the deck and garden. The star is our pool, which is closed with glass and heated, AA. At night we delight in the view of the stars while we swim and enjoy good music (TV42 + sound bar). It also embraces us, a wonderful high-performance stove, a large covered barbecue with grill and bread oven. Ideal family. friends
