Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean View Beach

We stayed at the cozy beach cottage for a "girls trip" for three busy moms looking for a peaceful retreat for the weekend. The house was just as described - cute, clean, and cozy. We appreciated Kenzi's attention to detail and clear instructions, as well as local restaurant recommendations. This house is one block from the ocean; an easy stroll to watch the sunset from beach. We appreciate that the house had everything we needed and required no tasks for checkout. Thank you Kenzi for allowing us a weekend of rest and relaxation!

Valentin was very responsive and accommodating! He even offered an addtional property to accommodate our party's size. Thank you for that! We came into town for a funeral and wanted lodging together that would be comfortable. The listing was very unique in that it was 2 separate apartments in the same standalone building. This worked for because our party had older and younger guests. Thank you for the hospitality! Definitely an option for our next visit to our home state!

The host Mikhail was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip and I must say, pictures does this home no justice. Would definitely stay again as we’re in the area A LOT!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s Airbnb off Shore Drive on Denwiddie From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into this place. The attention to detail was incredible—from the beautifully curated décor to the small but thoughtful touches like Band-Aids, cooking essentials, and other convenient extras that made a big difference. The location was perfect, and the space truly felt like home. Thank you, Diana, for creating such a welcoming and comfortable space!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle's place! We have stayed at many Airbnb rentals, and Michelle's place was one of the cleanest. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated, and everything was exactly as pictured. Michelle was also a great host and made every effort to ensure that we had an excellent stay. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and in close proximity to all of the places we wanted to visit - Yorktown (5 minutes), Busch Gardens (15 minutes), Jamestown (20 minutes) and Colonial Williamsburg (20 minutes). The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and the backyard firepit and string lights were very charming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting the area.

We had a great stay! The house was in a great location and easy to walk to local coffee shop and shops. The house had lots of baby gear, including baby gates, sound machines, pack n play and more! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! Very clean condo! It’s differently walkable to beach and boardwalk! Very convenient to shops and restaurants. A quiet area.

It was nice to get to, and my trip was good. Unfortunately the day before I twisted my knee while packing for the trip, and was limping a bit. I was so hapoy to have happened to book on the first floor. There were 4 steps up to the front door and I was parked a bit far away, which I corrected when I was able, but when I arrived, some kind neighbors helped me with my bags up the steps. It was super peaceful and within a few days my knee was better. This was close to my Norfolk event, and it was really awesome to have a quick trip after some late parties. There was not much noise ever and the neighborhood was so sleepy we were surprised to find an event had blocked off and rerouted a few streets. It wasn't difficult to get around as there were lots of alternatives. Next time I hope to get on the ferry....with no injured knee. :) Great job from my host.

We were delighted with our stay. The location was extremely convenient, the neighborhood quiet and pretty, and the outdoor area was private and soothing. Every possible amenity was provided, including lots of extras. My 17-y.o, granddaughter and I cooked a few meals and even baked her birthday cake. Steff's place was the ideal combination of home and vacation.

This was a beautiful apartment with amazing amenities. Kim and her husband were very friendly and helpful and we were within five minutes of the beach the entire time. The backyard is amazing with a hammock and a swing for the kids. We were very happy at the rooms actually had blackout curtains and we could sleep soundly. The fighter jets that fly all day are amazing to see and they fly super low so families kids and adult adults like can appreciate it.

Had an absolute blast. Location was great and she was very easy to communicate with. Was so nice to have all the beach necessities. Looking forward to going back especially with the pools open up.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was great very clean and more than enough room for my guest and I. The beach was so close we did not have to walk far at all. Crystal was very responsive and made sure getting to parking to checking in to helping us find places to eat and things to do was easy you practically don’t have to look up anything cause everything was in the messages.

We truly enjoyed our stay in late March. Very convenient location on the broad walk. Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean . Truly an experience , sunrise on the beach priceless. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Great place to stay with family where enjoyable waves, sunrise, sunset. We loved every moment of it, specially at night when people are sleeping and earth became quite then sounds of ocean and waves makes a different level of happiness!!! Kelly was quick responsive and flexible on check in and check out. I would love to stay there again and again whenever go there!!!
