Fantastic location (Cole’s downstairs!) and clean space. Communicated with Liz and amazing host who was kind, extremely helpful, and accommodating.

Daniel went above and beyond to check us in a bit earlier and and very patiently walked us through the entry instructions when the app didn’t work for me. He also didn’t hesitate to drop by after dinner when we requested something extra. The apartment was decorated with quirky gorgeous artifacts and had some very interesting books. Bed was comfortable, linen nice, kitchen amenities were great, nice balcony, great view over bushland. The hotel bar lobby is fantastic and great to have downstairs. It’s an easy walk into town. Thoroughly recommend this apartment and this host!

A fantastic stay from booking to departure. The instructions provided made accessing the apartment easy, the location is very walkable for Papeete and the apartment itself is clean, cool and well furnished. Highly recommended.

Miriyam’s home is perfectly located to experience all Brisbane has to offer and high enough to sleep peacefully when you want to. Extremely comfy bed and some really cool lighting throughout to make it feel cosy. Loved the special touches like umbrellas and slippers. Can’t wait to stay again

We had the best stay at Kaitlyn’s apartment. Everything was as described. Er couldn’t have asked for a better location within the resort. Our kids had the best time playing in the tennis court and the pools and venturing around the mini golf. Kaitlyn was incredible with communication and flexible with kindly letting us check in early as our flight got in quite early in the morning. Thank you for our stay and we will certainly be back!

This is a last minute reservation and I am glad that Tricia was able to accommodate us. This is our second time to stay in this cozy unit. We had a great time. It’s very comfortable and everything you can possibly need is at this listing. The only inconvenience we experienced is out of Host control which is the alarm that kept on ringing from 6:30ish AM near the elevators— it’s intermittent. It disrupted our sleep. It was not like this the last time we stayed here. But overall, we had a great time staying at this property and will surely come back again next time. I will also recommend this place to my colleagues. 😊

Fantastic stay for a quiet relaxing weekend with the family. Communication from host was first rate and extended to the offer of an early check in and late check out without having to ask! This may the stay even more appealing! House is amazing - spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need - comprehensive instructions on how to use everything which refreshingly made total sense and were easy to follow! The photos certainly do not lie! Swimming pool and theatre room were great and well utilised by the children, whilst the adults were able to kick back and relax. Extremely close to the beach, Rye and Blairgowrie shops - nothing was more than a five minute drive. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Rates as one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and would certainly return in a heart beat for another stay!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

My family has a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, stylish and conveniently located property. Newly renovated beach house with all the comforts of home. Superb customer service from our property manager, Beau. Perfect location for a beach holiday. Beaches 5-10 min walk or a short drive , all stunning. . Main street full of cafes, restaurants, boutiques etc only a 5 min walk. Can highly recommend for friends/ family groups.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

This is the second time I have stayed it’s a great location View to the mountain while eating breakfast is fantastic but no snow this trip hoping for dusting of snow next trip in may enjoy the walk to the supermarket ( 5 mins ) What can you say the pinball machines keep you busy great father and son activity Once again many thanks tony always available for help if you need it

My husband and I and our friends just spent 10 days at Dani and Dave's place. Although we didn't get to meet her and Dave I feel like we are friends. She was amazing in responding to anything I asked. Their place was so beautiful. From waking up everyday to coffee on the lanai to finishing our day with drinks on the lanai, listening to the beautiful sound of the ocean. Saw many whales but missed the dolphins but heard they were there. It is a great location to get to town and other activities. We will be back to stay again. Until next time Aloha! We enjoyed our stay at Max Dwell. We loved and enjoyed watching at the big screen with cinematic feels with free access to Netflix. We also enjoyed playing board games which are also available at the place. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you won’t worry about your food and other stuffs you need. The host is also responsive

Terrific, spacious property in a private gated community. Everything was squeaky clean which my wife especially appreciated. The washer & dryer were nice to have during an 8 night stay, as were all of the "beach toys" provided, including good quality masks, fins and snorkels. We used the beach chairs nearly every day we were there. Can't imagine a nicer condo in the Waikoloa area nor a better host. We hope to return. Stay here - you won't regret it.

Kerry and Justin’s unit was such an inviting and wonderful place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed the unit and found it close to nearby businesses and restaurants but not to close that it felt crowded. Would definitely recommend staying here

One of the best places we’ve stayed! Great value for the price, you really get what you pay for. The host is very responsive, and the fast internet is perfect for working. We also loved the board games and PS4, it made the stay even more fun. Would definitely book again!
