Holiday rentals with beach access in Oceanside City Beach

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

The stay was very peaceful, the area around was very walkable and there was a lot of cute coffee shops right by the Airbnb.

We spent six nights in the cottage. The longer we were here, the more we appreciated it. It was set up with guests in mind - things like bedside lamps, full sized refrigerator that was clean and empty, a new stove, lots of storage space, a great shower, and small garden spaces outside each entry. If you're looking for sleek and showy, this may not be the place but if you're looking for a comfy, cozy, and extremely clean place that's only a block or so from the seawall and walkable to the village, this cottage is for you.

Nice, clean unit in a fairly new building. Close to everything I needed in North County. I would stay again.

Great place and convenient walk to the ocean. Quick drive to Oceanside tourist spots and the I5. Easy parking. Quiet and peaceful.

Feel very fortunate to have found this little gem. Noah & Rena’s place is delightful. Comfortable, nicely furnished, great artwork & all the little touches that make for a great stay. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants & of course the beach. It is indeed Cardiff walking district as you’ll just want to leave the car & walk or bike if you can. There are some good hills which make for amazing views on the walks to the beach.. Also nice outdoor seating which is very private. Loved it! Hope to be back to stay again. Noah kept in touch to make sure we got there ok & met us for a helpful introduction to our accommodations.

This was our second time staying at Matt & Pat’s air bnb. My husband and I love this space and location so much. We stayed extra busy this time around. This house is located in the perfect spot. Right on the beach and the breeze in December still felt great. Highly recommend Beach Break Cafe and or Buccaneer Cafe for breakfast. There’s bike rentals down the street too. Overall I recommend this air b n b for others!

Our family spent Thanksgiving at Stephanie’s place. The outdoor fireplace was fabulous, as was the community kitchen, and the location is ideal - it’s super easy to grab great coffee nearby or take a short walk to the beach. The beds, living area, and outdoor seating are incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. This spot offers a wonderful balance of comfort and convenience – we loved being there! The only regret was not using the surf boards available in the garage!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Alexandra's home. She is a great communicator. The home is well maintained, lovely and attractive both inside and out. The living space has a welccoming and relaxing feel. The kitchen is extremely well stocked so you can make any meal or snack you desire. The main bedroom is comfortable with an unbelievable shower. The second bedroom and shower are also lovely. The backyard is fantastic. You can eat dinner by the grill or have your coffee in the garden adjacent to the living room. Perfect. We would be delighted to visit again!

Dan's house was just as described and matched the photos. Very clean, well organized, extremly comfortable bed! We enjoyed having all the toys in the garage. The location is perfect - so close to the beach and close to all the fun things to do in Oceanside. We had a problem with getting what we wanted to watch on TV and Dan was available right away and helped us through the process in great detail. This home is quiet and peaceful - we enjoyed the patio setup on the clear sunny days. I would definatly stay here again.

This family run business merges clean, professional, clutter free elegance with service-oriented, extremely generous, practical and well stocked provisions from kitchen to bath. The spaciousness for our fluctuating family size throughout our glorious week cannot be captured in photos! It's airy and large! The clear views of the water are also a premium! (So if you need a break from family, just take a sunset stroll down to the ocean in one minute, directly across the street with the surfers coming and going, wedding shoots and other idyllic moments just a crosswalk away!) Anthony shared the wonderful history of his grandfather building the place and his care for him, as I had expressed the evolving immediate needs for our time there with my gracefully aging near-nonagenarian parents! It made the hospitality exceed expectations. A new microwave came promptly when there was an issue, and other accommodations as needed. Comfy, clean and quiet, plus generosity & hospitality. BEST STAY EVER

Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

Great stay for our family vacation!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

Short family getaway. Good instructions and unit was as pictured and listed. What a great location to walk to the beach and straight into town for treats. Too cold for ocean time but a good collection of beach toys and supplies.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to the pier or to the marina. The rooftop deck was really nice. The fog rolled in more often than we were hoping for (February) but we made it work! The resort area is beautifully landscaped and the pathways were clean and smooth. There could’ve been more signs, tho, as it was confusing to find the pool, which floor to get off on the elevator, etc. But we figured it all out and considered it part of the adventure!
