Fantastic split foyer home on the Southeast side of Sioux Falls! Nice kitchen with plenty of counter space and cooking utensils! Super comfy sectional couch in the living room. Master Bedroom hosts a Queen bed, private bathroom, and a walk-in closet! Second bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom is nicely sized. Lower level has 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath and a spacious living room. A beautiful, newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment located across the street from the historic Palace theater. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
