Holiday rentals with a pool in Ocotal Beach

Absolutely one of the nicest and most comfortable houses we have been to. Very accurate description and exactly as the photos! Casa Miel was perfectly located to what we were looking for. So close to the beach and a small supermarket. We walked everywhere and used the back garden door. The house had attention to detail to every space, outdoor and indoors. Inside was chill open and cool. Great kitchen, lounge area with a huge tv and perfect distribution of bedrooms and washrooms. Outdoors had a mix of covered spaces and areas for getting some sunshine, and the pool was always clean and taken care of. Roni was very fast responsive with a question I had about the use of the safe. We felt super safe and at home. The back road to the Main Street it’s gravel but only 3 min. We were fine walking with our flip flops down, and everyone is so friendly! Even got to see few howler monkeys at some of the nearby trees. Thank you Roni, we will be back 100%.

Great stay and convenient location! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was amazing and the house is walking distance to the town with tons of restaurants and the beach.

Airbnb Review: A Dream Stay in Costa Rica We recently stayed at Brenda’s beautiful Airbnb in Costa Rica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, Brenda made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us arrange transportation to explore the areas we wanted to tour (a paid service, but so worth it for the convenience). The property itself was a slice of paradise. The home is private and well-maintained, complete with a stunning waterfall pool that was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. The surrounding jungle views are breathtaking—you feel completely immersed in the natural beauty of this incredible country. Strongly recommend this accommodation. The thing that we really loved is that you enter the home, you're still technically outdoors the common living areas are exposed to the sky but the place is nice and private for yourself and your friends. The bedrooms are fully protected which made sleeping very comfortable. It was really nice being able to jump into the pool and then walk around the common areas without having to dry off. Location was perfect. It was a peaceful location but still within walking distance of everything so just left the cars and walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic house, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The house is well-equipped, providing all the amenities and comforts one could ask for, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool—a private oasis where we spent many hours relaxing and soaking up the sun. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and it provided endless fun and entertainment for them. The outdoor area is also very private, offering a secluded and peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to truly unwind. In terms of location, this house is a gem. It is conveniently situated close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The proximity to the coast allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the stunning shoreline and its crystal-clear waters.

We had a fabulous stay ! Can’t say enough about the accommodations and the spectacular view - we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The hosts were lovely to deal with and made some awesome local recommendations for dining - we particularly liked Soluna ( slightly more upscale but with great sharing platters well worth the $) Father roosters is walkable and on the beach (more casual) - the steps / path down to the beach are more then manageable however if wanting to bring chairs etc for a day at the beach would recommend the short drive - easy and quick access from the Villa to coco with many grocery store options - we particularly liked auto Mercado. We were a group of 6 and the 3 bedrooms were plentiful in space each with their own en suite - the kitchen and patio area is larger then the pictures appear and we were able to lounge about all day with ample space. The infinity pool was enjoyed daily by our group. Would certainly recommend to friends and family !

No complaints. Gated condo community. Easy, free parking. Could walk to a coffee shop and a few restaurants. 15 minute walk to main road. Condo had some beach necessities like beach chairs, towels, noodles, which we used multiple times. Lovely outdoor patio with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Great spot, convenient location, and excellent communication. They were very helpful with a last minute request and were accommodating. Would recommend and stay again myself!

This Airbnb was spacious, quiet, comfortable and in a great location that was walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was the best well-equipped Airbnb of the 5 we have had here in Costa Rica. We especially appreciated the beach towels, beach mat and cooler bags. There is a pool right outside that is large and a nice temperature, great for an evening swim if you are out all day. Everyone in the complex was pleasant and we met many Canadians. The two king-size beds were very comfortable and with three A/C units in the condo, it was easy to keep the bedrooms cool. We liked using the BBQ. A very nice stay and the condo accommodated two couples easily. The host quickly responded to all questions.

We have been coming to Costa Rica for 5 years and have stayed in many Air BnBs. Katherine’s place was in the top 5 places that we have stayed at. Beautiful property, nice rooms, well stocked kitchen, and best location ever. The AC works really well, great morning sun on the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice bonus. We also met really nice people (fellow Canadians) at the pool. A nice beach and restaurant (Rooster) are just a short walk away. We will be back next year!

Second stay there and as before a wonderful experience. Robbie and Steve from Expat live right next door and are always friendly accommodating, and helpful (including to those in units they don’t manage) The unit is right on the pool and walkable to several restaurants and to the beach.

The location was perfect. Not right in the busy area but very walkable. It is only 2 blocks to the public beach and walk along the beach to almost downtown. The suite was perfect for us. We only had 2 people. With a small bathroom it might be tight for 4 depending on your guests. There is lots of storage though to put things out of the way. The supplies are basic but more than sufficient. Very clean. I would suggest a line to dry things our back A couple tips. If you are sitting outside don’t shut the door all the way or make sure you have a key !!! We locked ourselves out. Ana was quick to respond though and her manager came quickly to let us in. Also be aware the cats around will push the door open if you leave it slightly ajar. They are friendly though but will try to get in. #2 tip when walking downtown there are parts of the main road that are very busy and no side walk so walking on the beach walk or another interior street is good.
