In general, I liked everything, there is everything for a comfortable stay, but it was not hoped for with the bed (the bed is large, but instead of one large mattress - two singles, there were also dishes with chips, if not for eating, but slightly spoils the overall look. Hello! In the apartment from Anna we preceded from September 5 to 9. And it was the best getaway ever! The benefits of this home are: 1) convenient location: a health trail 5 minutes from the apartment, and there are beaches, cafes and restaurants, Arcadia in 10-15 minutes of an instant walk 2) there is an underground parking in the house, you can get there by elevator from the apartment ( alternatively to wait out the air alarm) 3) The most wonderful view from the sea window 4) The apartment has stuff for a comfortable stay and cooking 5) Very friendly host Anna, easy check-in and time flexibility to check in ( it was possible) 6) Very quiet area of the complex , where everything was needed: 2 supermarkets 50 m from the house, pharmacy, playground) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The best home experience I've ever had

Great place to stay for a weekend in Odessa! The sea is nearby, the view from the window is excellent, the territory is fenced and guarded, the accommodation is elite. It was no problem, it was great)) I recommend it!

Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.

It felt like home—actually, even better—because everything was thoughtfully arranged for me by Олексій. The apartment had everything I needed and more. It looked even better than the photos, with plenty of natural light and cozy details like small musical instruments, books about Odesa, and flowers. I really felt the love of this place. The design was stylish and inviting, and I especially loved the azulejo tiles in the bathroom—or at least what looked like azulejo. Олексій was an amazing host—helpful, polite, and incredibly easygoing. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Praying for Ukraine

Overall, everything was good. My train was arriving early, there was an opportunity to check in right away. The location in the center is convenient, a bunch of establishments within a 15-20 minute walk. The only negative — the floor was dirty (didn't seem to have been cleaned for a long time) and dust in places

The place was amazing. The owner was very nice and had helped us a lot with transportation, local inventory information, restaurants. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and cozy! I would advise you to visit this incredible place, do not miss anything!

Great location, near the sea. The apartments is in private residential area with guard. All is great: clean apartments, two bathrooms, all little things that you need like even bathroom accessories. Thank you a lot for perfect staying. Next time it will be my choice again.
